This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Brazos II.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,295 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

That room is a craft room for the ladies. We like to have it combined with our laundry room and with a sink.
I love energy while touring the houses, normally people tour houses too quietly and they don't really care about what they're doing but we can see your excitement, makes it all much more fun!

Hmm. I like some aspects of this, I like the second family room - this is great when you want to escape the TV but don't want to retreat to a bedroom, it's nice to have a second option. I'm definitely not in love with the combination office / laundry room. If all of the things I'd be good with sharing my office space with, the laundry room would be my last choice. I'd much rather need to be in the living room, a bedroom, or even the kitchen over the laundry room.
Same here. Loved everything except that office/laundry room. Who wants to be in an office setting listening to the washer and dryer while you work?
It would have been a home run if they separated those into two different rooms.
I love the window in the pantry.
We do need a utility room that size. I don’t want folded laundry on the dinning room table anymore lol 😂

I love the living room with the nice ceiling, sliding doors, and the triple windows. The shelves in the guest bathroom are a plus. The master bathroom is to die for, & I love the fact that you don't have to go through the bathroom to get to the huge closet.
Love the covered entry, the ceiling in the kitchen and dining area. Amazing main bath with all that storage! Master bath is great. This is a wonderful choice, Chance

Chance, this is a lovely house this home is like a fairy tale!! The wood paneling is just perfect and the bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is like a home away from home 🏠🏡.

I'd use that back family room for tv viewing. The wall with high windows is perfect spot for tv. Noise won't bother those who are sleeping. Great placement.
Laundry room with fridge for drinks, snacks, fruit. Less "chance" of spilling drinks then dragging them from the kitchen. Also I'd put microwave in there to complete movie night experience. 🍿

Nice house. BTW Chance, "to the hilt" is the phrase. It means all the way, as in run your enemy though with a sword to the hilt (handle).

That's lovely. I like the doors and especially the the sliding doors. I'd have a patio door in the dining area. The family room and multifunctional utility room is great, especially if you have children of any age. You can keep the toys down there, older kids can hang out with their friends or play video games and do homework at the desk. I'd also love a shiplap entertainment wall in the living room as the cherry on top 🍒😊

Great home! Lots of storage in both bathrooms. Huge laundry/office. I would utilize some the office space for a utility/coat closet.
I would move the kitchen sink under the window and put sliding doors in the dining area.

Beautiful home ❤....love the laundry room...the refrigerator in the laundry room is great...for extras and to keep extra traffic in the kitchen out...love the desk area so many things can be done in there... kitchen pantry is nice definite sliding doors in the dining...to a massive deck...the porch coming into the home has no outlets i would have one or 2 put in... nice to see the vents in the ceiling...beautiful kitchen ... master shower 🚿 another shower head....Be Safe Be Blessed ❤

Dancing in the pantry🎉🎉. Iike the bathroom. Love the den. Thats a fancy smancy laundry room. I would put a divider to separate the office and laundry areas. Nice primary bedroom. Tub looks small. And of course they put it in front of windows. 😮 love the vanity/sink setup. Thanks for the tour! 😊
I love the foyer, pantry, main bedroom. I like the family room. I dont like all the windows that dont open, laundry/office combo, and no fireplace anywhere.

Waiting for a settlement from a car wreck over 4 years ago and Waiting for a court date now. I have been without a car for 4 plus years since the woman ran a red light totalling my car leaving me unconscious and trapped in my car and she refused to go to the hospital. It's been a long nightmare. She had to be hiding something because she didn't go to the hospital. She didn't even come to check on me but there were MANY ANGEL'S THAT SURROUNDED MY CAR AND I KNOW GOD WAS THERE TOO. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Love this house!! I would definitely utilize that laundry area it could be a computer area & my sewing area. A smaller island & it made sense to have a small frig to keep from running to main kitchen. I thought the cabinets were too high. I would definitely do away with the tub in the main ba make that a closet, change large windows with smaller windows; nobody needs to look inside your bathrm that's just a pervert invite. Do away with one of the sinks place the toilet there. When will designers realize those toilet cubbies are TOO small. Not disable friendly. Thanks for this tour. ❤

I know from watching your other videos that the master shower on/ off water lever was poor placement.
It should be when you enter the shower you can turn the water on and not have to go all the way under the water jet.
Shouldn't have to turn the water on and get blasted with that cold water.
Thanks for teaching that to us, Chance. I understand how hard it must be for you to not say negative things that are so obvious when you're touring.

Nice setup but vice the area at the entrance, i would prefer a coat closet & a French m or sliding door in the dining room instead.
I've never thought of "doing the laundry " as a euphemism for I'm getting a drnk.

If having a party that can be for snacks and stuff - other days use it to fold clothes. Even has shelves under for the kids to come and get their stuff to put away!

This house is so beautiful! I personally would take out the desk area in the laundry room and put in a half bath because the garage would be off that end. And like you Chance I would put a sliding door in the dining room to go out to the deck to barbecue. Absolutely beautiful home!

If you're going to ask us what we think is at the end of the hall.... Don't put the floor plan in the beginning of the video... Just a thought.😅 This one is gorgeous! I don't love the living room being completely open to the kitchen but that's easily fixed with a room divider or even a pony wall. Just personal preference... I really like this one. Although- they need to do something to finish out the beams in the ceiling in the kitchen... The way they are now they just look like somebody forgot to finish drywalling the ceiling. Maybe darken them or put a trim? That countertop is way too cheap for that kitchen but again, option that out and it's all good.

A commode is an upholstered chair with a potty hidden in it, or it can be an ornamental chest of drawers. What you have in the home is called a toilet. It is a totally acceptable word that refers to hygiene and cleanliness.

Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a fireplace, also needs a slider in the dining room the leads to a screened in deck with a barbecue with counter space and a place for a picnic table that also leads to a patio with a screened in gazebo with a built in fireplace.
I like the one before this one I would add me a porch to the front or back

I liked the shower in this one!
Very nice, but with few changes. Big no a fan of carpet arpet in any home. Double kitchen sink is required and fireplace or wood stove in living room is a must, or even in master bedroom. Do like sliding door or French door in dinning to screen in porch would be nice to have as love a porch to cook out. Love the Landry room and island for folding and hobby area. Be nice to have master bath tub turned against side wall and use sliding door to bath area porch with private area hot tub. Not sure if can add master shower beanch, but would need nice due to bad leg.

I don't like tub in front of windows. Like the spaces. Need another space for storage. Laundry room office, will become storage.
