Why do these families with such strong religious and cultural beliefs even immigrate to countries that have such a starkly different cultures in the first place and then expect their children to adhere to only the family culture? They should have just stayed in their country of origin and the situation could be avoided.

I'm a Christian American woman and dated a mix raced Muslim Moroccan man. We were so in love and happy. His father had passed and his mother would call being so upset that he was dating someone none Muslim. He told me he was going back to Morocco to visit his family for two weeks and be back. The day before he left we got together and as he was dropping me off he told me he was sorry but his mother found him a wife without his knowing and he was too be married. I was crushed and hurt so bad. He then told me that he is not allowed to even talk to people of the opposite gender after marriage even as friends.

My cousin was dating this beautiful, from a wealthy family , non vale wearing Muslim girl. They really liked each other, ( the family liked him too) and the only way he would marry her was if he converted to Islam. ( we're catholic). My cousin said : bye Felicia! 😂😂😂

It’s always like that. A few naive beta males fall for the love trap and need to convert to be “allowed” to marry the woman. If the woman marries, anyway, she’s taking a big risk.

Because there are certain rights women have and certain conditions need to be met in order to marry a woman. Islam can’t be enforced on others so we can’t expect non Muslim men to adhere to those conditions (and they may not want to)

These are all obligations for Muslim men towards Muslim women

I still don't understand how religion is good for us. When a child it provides structure that can be beneficial. As an adult things get blurred, making life harder most of the time.
