Now that you mention it, I think I do remember hearing that. During that scene where he was at the nuclear plant in France, one of his roars sounded like either the Showa Godzilla roar or the 1998 Godzilla roar. It happens so fast that I can’t put a pin at which one it was exactly.

I don’t know if it’s just me but when Scylla explodes, the sound is very similar to the explosive gel in the Batman Arkham games.
Wouldn’t doubt it. A lot of recycled sound effects are in this film. In the final battle there is a JW:CC Carnotaurus sound effect.
