      Overall great workout, especially the series of 5. This is a better workout for someone who can easily place their hurt foot on the ground. If you can't than it can be difficult as the beginning is a lot of movement from kneeling to table to back to stomach to back again. All of which is not easy to do when you cannot put your foot on the floor if it is broken. It took time for me to maneuver between all positions and line up a cushion to rest on my lower leg (to ease the strain on my leg/knee) while keeping my foot off the ground on the kneeling, stomach, and table positions. This is something to consider when creating hurt foot workouts. Please consider keeping position change movements to a minimun. Once I was set up in the position it was ok but I got really frustrated having to move around.

    I am an avid skier. In March of this year I broke my tibial plateau skiing in Utah with my family. The injury required surgery. Though I was recovering well with physical therapy, I was discouraged that all my work on my fitness was seriously waning. I was not prepared for how long the recovery process would take and I began to get depressed about my inability to work out. Enter Caroline Jordan. My daughter tore her ACL and did her workouts during her recovery. I have been doing Caroline Jordan workouts for about 3 weeks now and everything has improved. My 16 year old son commented yesterday that he was proud of me for not getting out of shape even though I was injured. I have lost weight and my tone is coming back. I am seeing results physically and mentally I am much healthier as well. Thanks Caroline! I'm sorry you hurt yourself, but I hope you know that through that injury you are really helping me through a difficult time. I am recovering with grace and peace and balance thanks to you.

    thanks so much, Caroline I've been doing a few of your hurt foot workout, long time 10.5 years, multiple surgeries foot injury. I attempted this yesterday, 1st time, then tried it again today. I thought yesterday was hard, l couldn't do them all today my stomach was burning sooooo much. Thanks again, to the both of you

    Overall This Pilates’s arm and abs workout. More of these please. Used them while I had a broken foot and even now that I’m recovered they are some of my favorites for abs and arms. Bring more for legs and more!

    Thanks for having these videos I still have issues with my left broken ankle that I broke last summer your in boot exercises helped me so much when I was in the boot!!!

    So thankful to find this after having a ATFL repair. The casted leg is so hard to hold up 🤣 (but I think this would have killed me even if I was 100%). Thanks to both of you.

    Thanks for this workout ladies! I'm an avid runner with some complications due to an old fracture, Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, and Plantar Fascitiis (cryingggg while I heal). I'm trying to diversify my non-weight-bearing workouts while I'm in a boot and this one is great for abs.....however, as a Pilates newbie I need to ask-- I'm feeling a lot of pain and tension in my front neck area around my jaw whenever I do a lot of these. I'm modifying but wondering if I should even feel tension there. Thanks!
