separate by section.. so it wont crash.. happened to me, but solved with lesser density

For me it was because I exported the mesh too large and scaled it down to 0.1 in Maya.

It' amazing! It creates almost perfect topology. Unfortunately, in my case it crashes 9 out of 10 times. Any possible way to fix crashes?

haha yess, the trick is to seperate the mesh like the patterns in MD! delete history and do it for every part seperatly

if you're taking it into zbrush anyway why not just use zremesher instead? more control using guides, density from poly paint, polygroups etc..?

This crashes Maya 2024 and 2023. I've followed the pdf that comes with it exactly. I don't typically use Maya, but if anyone has any ideas on how to get it to not crash please let me know!

The code/plugin probably needs updating to the latest version. This video is quite old in terms of technology time.
