I actually think it's a bit too self indulgent of Dave... three and half hours of just him and his guitar belting out songs... it's overkill. He should do a good tight 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours. 3.5 is insane
That's bull. You don't like it, turn it. You thought an hour was enough, change it instead of people like me, I'm glad it's 3 hours long and LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT. Thanks for posting! I was at this show. One of my sweetest memories I believe will remain with me until the end. My girlfriend and I showed up the day of, there were no tickets anywhere not a single scalper. We were standing around at will call, not sure what to do when they opened the window and announced they had more tickets, if I remember it was tickets that Dave saved for friends and family. We jumped in line and ended up around the 16th row almost dead center. It was unbelievable. We camped that night and were woken by the sound of snow sliding off my tent. We were both convinced it was a bear trying to get in!😂
I had 100% forgotten about this concert until I stumbled across this video. I was there! Somewhere I have a bootlegged CD of the entire concert. This brought back so many wonderful memories.
I can’t believe it’s almost been 20 years since this show. Thanks for posting, I thought this would just live in my memories and it’s unbelievable to look back to that night.

Was there...was a senior at App...still wear the shirt I bought at the merch stand. Also saw John Mayer at Legends a couple years prior. He signed my ticket stub and showed us his SRV tat on his shoulder. Ah the good ol days.
Holy shit! I didn't know this show was on YT. My brother and I were there. What a great memory! It was 70 degrees driving up the mountain and it snowed that night. Good times.

Was in the 8th row on the floor for this show. Just all around an all time classic from start to finish. Still have the burned Cd's from the person who recorded the audio long before it was ever released as part of Live Trax.
13 years later and I still froze when I clicked play and they opened with Bartender! There was a lot of green being burned in the George M. Holmes Convocation Center that night :)
This was an awesome night except for the fact that it dropped 30 degrees while I was in the show and I had to leave in a T shirt in 30 degree temperatures while it was staring to snow. Who am I kidding? That was an awesome part of the weekend.
So nice to see how it used to be. Before overzealous fans thought they were the reason people came to shows. Singing over dave, shouting during quiet parts. This is when fans still had respect.
I would give anything to hear a full band version of “what will become of me” that mirrors “Pantala Naga Pampa”. I always feel cheated when it ends after 40 seconds. So amazing.
As a CDN myself, I dig the fact that Dave and Tim like some CDN artists like Neil Young, Daniel Lanois and Alanis Morissette. Sometimes it feels like America forgets we have some dang good artists too. Bless.

The sound quality of this is A+, the quality of dave/tim sharpness/"tightness" is among the highest it's ever been.... dave keeps the banter/dave speak short between songs..... this might be quite possibly the best dave/tim tour in a way.....until the groo grux songs/vegas

“What will become of me” (when I’m old and grey) It’s usually always the ‘outro’ to Jimi-Thing during live shows, especially when it’s just D&T. What’s awesome is Dave and Timmy ol’boy always changes up the set lists’ set-list and riffs off some of the older songs that never officially came out on albums or Dave just changes the lyrics for no good reason; especially when, he says, ‘he forgets the lyrics a lot during these live shows’. Also when it gets kinda ‘sticky’ throughout night due to the drinks and or whatever’s going around! Such a great and honest storyteller in between sets!
