Mother's day 2022 , lost my son Jan this year to cancer. I was so sad and if yall only knew how this music brought me back from sadness, I got to dance with his Alabama hat on. Sounds silly I know. Just what I needed. Enjoying all of your music tonight. Thank you brothers. Will be my go music for everyday life. Bless you , God bless America.
I am sorry for your loss Kathleen. There is no much I can say, but if this video made you go back from sadness, then it was worth posting it. I wish you the best. Xcacel
Saratoga (SPAC) is an amazing two day show every year. I havent missed it in the past 5 years and have gone many years before that. They always bring insane amounts of energy for this NY kickoff
For folks that hate on Buddy and say he doesn't add anything need to hear You and Me. The synth pads really had a beautiful texture, way more than one fiddle could do, and his background vocals are great.
Traveled to Saratoga (SPAC) for years then I went to a few shows at a amphitheater in Syracuse NY. It was neighbored right next to a lake. Best amphitheater I have ever seen. The lake, the sun setting etc etc. Was planning on going more but Covid hit.
Must have been one of their last shows before COVID restrictions, man looks like a fun show, lots of fun some covers and Tom foolery, but they got to come back from this with a huge appreciation and renewed perspective on live time with their fans, here’s to the future!
No words to fully express the depth of how much I LOVE watching and listening to this great band perform live. Dave’s close to “You Might Die Trying” with the whole band following his lead and rocking out was one of the best of finishes to that song (and he’s done many to that one that are just excellent)! Really falling in love with Come Tomorrow album after listening to it live! So many songs touching upon youth, innocence, children, and being grateful parents. Being older now and as a father myself, I just love it! They’re older, and so are we… together we go. ❤️D❤️M❤️B❤️
First, my compliments to the poster - creator of this video! Great job! And as I no longer live in USA, and rarely get to attend live shows at all anymore, RUclips vids are my way to go. So, Thank You! 🙂👍. Second, I was a DMB enthusiast waaay back in the day, but only got to see 1 LIVE show (with a large group of friends) in either Mansfield (Boston area), MA or Hartford, CT (both outdoor venues), I’m guessing at least 10 years ago (probably longer) with ALL his original band mates in place. Simply one of the best live shows of ANY band I’ve ever been privileged to attend (and I’ve been to quite a few, maybe 100 +). Not only was ALL of their music original, but it was simply great 👍! Since I’ve been out of touch w/ DMB for many yrs now, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to list the songs they played in this particular show?!? It would be very much appreciated! 🙂.
Spac saw lynard skynard there wet willie right before they died.then Chicago chic corea with stanley clarke and al dimeola.and the doobie brothers.then the who missed j geils band great concert place.unbelievable
I haven’t talked with anyone in the band for a minute. If you have the chance, please recommend ‘Live and Let Die’ as their x C LoL series for the upcoming next cover k.
Yeah it must have not been a great night for Tim, he's a unique talent. I'll never forget Dave and Tim at the Stanley in Utica, NY in the early/mid 90's. There's something about people with this level of talent that's bigger than life.

I wish I had the words, I don't- but here's a big hug. take care.
Nothing about that sounds silly.. it's heartbreaking but heart-warming just the same.
I'm so sorry for your loss💔

The happiest drummer on the planet. I love to watch these guys, still having fun after all these years. Amazing.
And one of the very best drummers on the planet!! Carter is amazing!
Fr
Love Carter 🥁🥁
His smiling is part of what makes them so good.
Tell that to Mick Fleetwood! Lol Carter is the same tho. Both are just so happy to be banging away
excellent , forever....depuis 30 ans que j'écoute, c'est toujours aussi bien! merci beaucoup.

DMB is always so solid. Playing is spot on, singing is great, shows are all energy. Road Dogs at their best, love DMB
Minarets is the reason i'm still in this band...
Carter is pure joy
Always. He is a goddamn gem.
Squirm is such an underrated song
If kidness is your king heaven will be yours before you meet your end.
It was the Jimi Hendrix ending that got me in my fkn feels. Good God o mighty beautiful as could be.
Squirms a great/underrated opener

Anything!
Incredible show! Stefan Lessard @ 20:01 absolutely kills me!
2023...full time , full Baileys. estamos d'accord?
Was at both shows, and preferred this show to night 2. One of the best versions of Crush ever.
I agree N1 was better. Tends to go that way at SPAC, well unless it's one of those double encore shows hehe
I agree. I love this Crush
That trumpet solo in the middle of Crush :)
Love these guys! The storytelling is phenomenal, and Dave is just one of the greatest eccentric's in the planet. Jesus BLESS!
This is absolutely phenomenal
I didn't realize how much I love Do You Remember until I heard this version! It's SO good!
Tripped acid at this show, had a great time lol.
I was on mushrooms lol, a fantastic experience
Timmy is a beast.
Cannot wait till this July
Minarets🤯
What an amazing band!🥁🤟🇳🇿
I was at both shows. Leaving for the Gorge the day after tomorrow, and I’m freaking OUT! ☮️
You got one hell of a rare show there at the gorge
. Congratulations on that. I'm super jealous!!

Yeah I live 5 min away from there so I try to at least go to Syracuse shows. Just went to the one they did last week, killed it
Saw you for the first time at MSU auditorium loved you then...love you now
Love the outbreak of grey whiskers. 😆😆😁😁👍
Amazing Carter at 59:52. Stefan Lessard reaction is cool!
amazing! never really got into this band, but gave it a click and WOW! discovered so many good songs here.
You’re about 25 years too late. Band was so great in the 90’s
Kevin without Boyd’s presence there is a massive void. Desperately missing that iconic violin 🎻
@@SN-nh6pq I saw them In '98 in Oregon. Boyd stole the show

Wow!! I never would've have guessed this song as their opener. So cool and incredible how well they played it love. Love me some DMB!!
Ya nothing like blowing your mind on the opener
insanity great opener.

This is the show I wanted for this year… so far not looking so hot… but Saratoga isn’t till Sept so hopefully they’ll pull it together!
I love SPAC
Not bad ... the sound there isn’t that good.
Long, long ago, these guys were my favorite.

❤.
The recording quality is better for this recording than some of the other sessions on RUclips...
Every time DMB plays they get better....
❤❤❤❤you are awesome.🎉
Some Devil was excellently done!
All Carter All Day.
Nice. I always thought the keys did the breakdown snare accent in "You Might Die Trying" but it is really the electric pad. Never knew that!
Such an awesome Ants Marching
Love how he intentionally lowers an octave or two around 17:34. It sounds off but it suits his music and style and is able to make it work.

Keep the RUclips videos coming. $460 for a good seat at SPAC this summer.
What night? I need a ticket for N2 but I have a good balcony to sell for N1 because my brother can't go due to the change in date.

I don't follow DMB closely. Is Tim Reynolds usually this unimpressive (check out the solo at 47:30) or was this just an off night?
I think it was a off day for him he’s usually amazing at crush solos
I never thought I would witness tim actually being off
They can't all be zingers. No he isn't usually, He is quite good.
Idk, I just think Tim is a strange cat, much like the rest of the band.
