    I just finished the first set and i am dead already 😁
    My second set is 7:35 haha
    3rd set 8:14 😵

    That was heck of a challenge .... after 1st lap I thought I can save myself from penalty but couldn't
    So my day 7 report
    4 laps of
    20 jump squats
    20 jump lunges
    20 air squats
    10 burpees
    15 side switches
    10 frog jumps
    In 48min
    Lap 1. 3m:30s
    Lap 2. 3m:34s
    Lap 3. 5m:23s
    Lap 4. 5m:02s
    Lap 5. 5m:20s
