Wow! Really? Was that one of the scrapped plot lines for the game? That would’ve sounded a bit more interesting for the story. The official story for Epic Mickey was good and I’m glad they went the story route that they did (from my perspective at least), although it would be more interesting to see how the alternative would’ve gone. Ok so I don’t usually comment on anything due to me being afraid of internet discourse but I HAVE to do it here because MY GOD THIS IS SO GOOD. The shot of Oswald and Disney is so good. Just how he goes from happy to shocked to upset is so unbelievably emotional. Poor boy really lost everything including his own creator. Also I must say I LOVE your design of Oswald. Really reminds me of the scrapped idea they had where they wanted The Blot to be fused with Oswald. Also the fact the brush changes from paint to thinner is such a nice detail. God everything here is so fun to dissect. The Epic Mickey autism is real and man is it showing. Overall, this is possibly the best piece of Epic Mickey media I’ve seen in a good while. 10/10 will have looped in my head forever

Honestly this really fits well for Oswald. That Oswald was supposed to the main mascot of the company but was replaced by someone that named Mickey, and threw him away like he was nothing to then. He was forgotten, be rotten, and alone. That which would make him go insane and more revengeful.
And at that just when he managed to get a decent life on Wasteland Mickey (unintentionally) sends it all down to drain once more, causing the place get destroyed and Ortensia gone to stone
I don't blame Oswald. Mickey didn't intentionally take things from Oswald, but he sure did make his life miserable. First their father, then his fame. Now his hard work, something he was absolutely proud of, Wasteland. His people, his friends, and his wife, are affected by Mickey's irresponsibility, and he goes on with life as if nothing happens? I understand the pain Oswald has to face, and how devasting the Thinner Disaster was for everyone. In the end, I am glad the two worked together despite all odds, and even rekindled their relationship as brothers.
This is literally so cool! I’m not even kidding, I love this so much. I’ve been a fan of Epic Mickey since I was first born, and now to see it like this is just amazing. I love this so much, dude. Keep up the great work!!
The way Oswald looks reminds me of Bendy, which is kind of a coincidence bc in my AU of Bendy, Bendy was based off of _OSWALD_ . And now I know it's based off the idea of the original Epic mickey, with Oswald fusing with the Blot, but just a fun resemblence that I saw. Also, THIS WAS AMAZING, 10/10, WOULD WATCH ON REPEAT & NOT GET BORED, _AT ALL_
It's actually Bendy is based off of Mickey Mouse and Felix The Cat, Boris is mostly based off of Goofy and partially of Oswald (his early design with the overalls In Poor Papa)
This is a nice animation! This could’ve been a story route in which Oswald fuses himself with the Blot to oppose Mickey in his grief of Ortensia and his vengeance against Mickey for everything he has caused with the Thinner Disaster and the catastrophes that followed after.
