Pittsburgh's dense downtown is more impressive than many cities twice or three times its size.
It has not been the coal and steel city for many years. Title will not help this city shake that old belief about this city. Pittsburgh has reformed and is now Tech, medical research and robotics. It is also a college city. With many wonderful museums science center. And just a very wide variety of unbelievable restaurants. So much more than people would believe. A truly underrated city for sure. World class orchestra can be found in this city with a venue hall to match. Wish people would come to see for themselves.
Downtown Pittsburgh is pretty clean compared to other major cities in the US

Stayed in Pittsburgh for 3 days. Downtown was nice and clean. The outlying areas reminded me of Atlanta. Lots of hills and trees.
the bridge is really similar to the bridge that ellie and joel used to jump to river to escape the Hunters. yeah , in the game, the bridge is in pittsburgh
I love Pittsburgh the city of champions and colleges too plus nickname the steel city even buses in the day and night time too I never had pierogies in my life but I try one day Pittsburgh's colors are black and gold for the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates

Great video. Your camera was fixed, so the vid was easier to watch. It was interesting watching the whole 45 minutes. It's a shame though, seeing all of the buildings that I remember bustling with business that are now vacant. I left Pittsburgh after 47 years. I'm now in Alabama, and as much as I like the cost of living down here, I'd give it up if I could find a job back home. It's strange how two years make such a difference. Well done.

This Small City was a turning point for me back in late '82 when I went to Art Institute of Pittsburgh for 6 months; I was greeted by a lot of nice people back than before I returned back to NYC to later join the U.S. Army & National Guard and later the USPS. I plan to visit Pittsburgh again some time this year

Why does the town look so empty? Where are all the people? In comparison with an european city it looks almost like they dropped a neutron bomb.
@@dailyobserver4072 my first answer would be, recorded on a Sunday. Thinking about it myself a bit more, and I’m guessing Sunday, during covid, maybe? There are plenty of people here though. I travel these sts daily. Weekends, early, it is like this depending on whats going on downtown. Some days, its too busy. Come visit! :)

Not bad 4k dude!!! I would like you to drive around my area which is East Ohio across the Ohio River from Wheeling, WV...known as the Upper Ohio Valley. Drive through in Ohio Martins Ferry, Bridgeport, Belllaire, Shadyside, St. Clairsville. In West Virginia.. Wheeling along with Oglebay Resort, Elm Grove, Triadelphia , Warwood, and McMechen.

thanks for checking on that, hdr hasn't been working on a few of the uploads lately. good to see it working now. it really does make a difference. i was reading sony hdr marketing material recently and it summed up hdr well. exceptional detail color and contrast

I been too this towns before Pittsburgh, city, I stayed over 🌙 and goes out of there's, its many hill sides becuz... it's mountainous, states, also no parks, I saw any benches too relaxed too sit downs, so boring

Yes go to Point State Park and sit on benches there. Then just a short walk away to the water fountain many places to sit there with a lovely view of the river with all of the wonderful boat tours. Namely the Gateway River fleet. There are just so much to do in the city. Trust me you will never be bored if you visit. Food is unreal here. Museums of every kind. Symphany Orchestra. Ballet theatre. And remember many colleges here as well.
