@EdGoPlaces not scared but its fundamentally what these tech companies have been doing for the past 20 years. monetizing other peoples effort and keeping the majority share for a very small group of investors.
@@jutah Completely disagree with your opinion on Baltimore. I've been going there since I was 17. Over a decade. Because of the extreme heat I understand you not getting out of the car. Baltimore has lots of nice little areas to walk around. You didn't even go around the Inner Harbor. I don't get it.
Never fully believe what the media tells you. It’s always driven by propaganda to get ratings. My rule of thumb, whenever we visit a big city like Baltimore, is to do my own research as to where and where not to go.
I’m a huge fan of The Wire, so much so that I’ve watched the entire season multiple times. With that said, please don’t let the media fool you into believing the entire city is like that. Of course, like any major metropolitan city, there’s parts that you want to avoid. A Google internet search will help with determining where those are. But the majority of the city looks nothing like what you saw in The Wire.
Yeah, both Detroit and Baltimore, unfortunately, have a number of neighborhoods that have been in decline for some time. However, I prefer Baltimore for its CBD/Inner Harbor as well as for its architecture.
Thank you brother for visiting my hometown Baltimore, it’s going threw gentrification & a lot development is going on in the city.. in about 7 - 10 yrs it will be complete different place

Baltimore is a Beautiful city with historic architecture and has some good history, besides the hard times the city has faced. Right now it’s being gentrified, buy property while you can!👀
Been going there a very long time. Like any other city in America, you need to be aware of your surroundings. That being said was able to party there and brunch there just fine since 2010. A friend of mine lived there from 2005. They are white bread and not too street smart. They never had a single issue. The comparisons to Detroit make no sense since Detroit, the motor city, has never been walkable.

He didn't drive where people would be hanging out and it's been brutally hot this month. (I live 35 miles south of Bmore.) Look for a walking video for tourists.
Because commercial areas need truck deliveries, and residential areas need Amazon vans. No one is walking the streets because it is hot and humid, and they don't want to get mugged.
