I saw both the recipes of Bread Upma by Khana Khazana..i.e. your version and the marathi one.. And I totally love yours.. Its an amazing blend of different flavours :) Thanks for sharing..
Add a pinch of hing or asafoetida, to make it taste even better. You can dry roast/toast the bread pieces in a frying pan beforehand so that they do not become very soggy.

thanks for the recipe! my bread upma gets very moist..but i learnt 2 tips from this video: 1. dont add too much water 2. dont allow the tomato to get mushy
