Try this Tomato soup rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and E. It is very good for heart patients. In this recipe chef, Sanjeev Kapoor has added carrots to make it more healthy. What is the difference between cornflour and cornstarch?

Starch is a scientific word.. Flour is general word for understanding😉
Corn flour is made of the yellow part of the maize. Corn starch is made of the white part of the maize pod. So there is a difference. You cannot make rotis of out cornstarch but you can off Corn flour which is Maize the yellow part.

Corn starch is sold as corn flour in India and Britain. However it is scientifically called corn starch because starch is the part that gets crispy or thickening agent just like potato starch, rice starch. On the other hand Maize flour is the real corn flour which is yellow colored and sold in India and Britain with the name Corn Flour.

i made this soup and it was really awesome!!!
I put in just a tablespoon of oats in this while cooking the veggies. Turns the soup thick in the end, I noticed.

Since I got married in to a different state and I don’t know how to cook their food. before even my mother in law had chance to teach me we have move somewhere. no smart phone days, no internet recipe days, calling anyone to learn recipes is out of question, phone calls were very expensive those days. Yes, I learned a lot from that show. That was almost 25 years ago! You stay happy healthy too.

We add a little cream or milk to make it a creamy tomato soup here in the U.S and we make a little thicker not as watery,the cream or milk helps with that. To thin for me we have grilled cheese or pimento cheese sandwiches and crackers,some even have peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches with it don't knock it till ya tried it
