Ranveer Brar is my favourite, but try Refika’s Kitchen for these recipes. She is as good as Ranveer in her own cuisine I.e. Turkish. Wonderful lady, too. Sincere and with a sense of humour.

Can you make a few recipes for students staying abroad, I do every video of yours while cooking, but I always try to adjust the ingredients, I don't get chilly here so I used red chili powder instead of urad I did put peanuts and most ironic things is I was making this with baguette and not even bread 🙄
I totally remember this recipe that my Mom used to make and in Marathi we called it "Pavachi Usal", we used to eat it for breakfast early morning. She used to make it with leftover bread. Awesome memories. Thanks Chef for this recipe.

I have been making bread upma for the past 25 years to substitute for turkey "stuffing" at November's Thansgiving in the US. Big part of our traditional meal. Hum tamatar aur dahi nahin dalte par kishmish ya craisins chhaunk mein zaroor dalte hain, neebu se khatta karte hain.
