So, some backstory for how this came to be.
I'm one of the many members in the Discord server of BobaTalks. To those who don't know who he is, he's this RUclipsr who covers superhero news topics and media reviews, primarily of the DC variety. Yesterday, after the understandable yet incredibly disappointing news of The Batman Part II's delay to 2026, one user on there (called ligmaballs6995, hence the reference) jokingly threatened to head to Matt Reeves' house and clog his toilet with excrement. One moot of mine on there called Jaruso then retorted with a funny as hell copypasta parodying Robert Pattinson's Batman monologues, which is what you're hearing me narrate in this video, because I just found it that amusing and wanted to record myself doing an impression of Battinson doing it (which is very average, I know, but I'm no voice actor).
Initially I was just going to post my raw recording here on RUclips, but I started tinkering with the idea of adding stuff onto it: the Nirvana song, the wallpaper, the rain effects, the childishly stupid end title card, which ultimately evolved it into a parody trailer for The Batman: Part II.
So despite the sad news, hopefully some of you guys who are fans of the first movie will get a chuckle out of this shitpost to cope with the LONG wait ahead. Call it a belated April Fools joke, if you will.
And before I forget, here's a transcript of Jaruso's copypasta:
"Tuesday, March 12th. The state of the toilet is left in utter disarray, as the crimes of ligmaballs have run rampant within the washroom's confines. The shit element, is embedded deep within the coils of this toilet, but whether it's all meant, for the greater good, remains to be seen."
