1) BT receiver needs to be in RX mode, 2) Check that you're using the "output" port on the BT receiver and the "Input" port on your amp, 3) Make sure that your Denon knows that it needs to take audio through the optical port - most of the time you need to manually switch it. 4) Is your Denon connected to other devices by any chance?
@@Avantree Thanks for your reply. I have connected the unit with the RX mode switch activated and from the "speaker out" audio sound port on the unit into the TV/audio optical audio in port on the Denon amp (also tried the CD in optical audio port) - both units switched on and a bluetooth connection is made but still no sound? I can't find anything in the owner's manual or perusing the settings on the Denon surround amp about needing to activate or assign the optical audio in ports. Finally - there are other devices connected to the Denon amp but none are Bluetooth or wireless and are using the HDMI in ports.
@@greglynes183 I'm assuming that you're using your ARC HDMI port on your Denon. Try unplugging that HDMI cable and see if it works. If it does, it just means that the OPT port cannot work while something's plugged into the ARC port.
Hi is it possible to add a couple of karaoke microphones
Unfortunately no, the products mentioned in the video won't take mic inputs.
How do I add Bluetooth receiver to my Sony TV
Can you give us more details on what you're trying to do?
if ur sony tv doesnt have bluetoot u need adapter for ur tv
Question. Can I add an oasis plus to my surround sound receiver and add two Bluetooth speakers to my wired setup
Sure but you'll want to make sure that your receiver can output audio to your current speakers AND the Oasis Plus at the same time. Not all receivers can do that.
@@Avantree it’s a newer pioneer mx receiver
@@marcomm7543 There's another option. You can put the Oasis Plus between your TV and your Pioneer receiver. You'll connect your TV's optical out into Oasis Plus's OPT Input, and then connect Oasis Plus's OPT output to your Receiver's OPT input. Finally, you'll pair your Bluetooth speakers with Oasis plus.
@@Avantree thank you. Do u think my receiver won't work ? It has optical also
@@marcomm7543 Once you get it you can give it a try I guess? The method I mentioned above will definitely work, but feel free to give the one you mentioned a try first :)
I have one old denon avr reciver Los a Bosch employ woofer
Hi, what would you like to do?
I'll try this on my old onkyo
O crazy
Indeed
This is rubbish don't buy these transmitters, I bought one, with an AVR, it says in the instructions to only connect to the headphone jack only, you cannot use optical or AV outs as in the manuals it mentioned damage to the unit. When connected to the headphone jack in the front of an AV receiver, all you will hear is static and poor sound quality! I sent mine back
Yes you can use optical out, but most receivers don't have OPT out. As for AV out it varies product by product, some may damage some may not. You're welcomed to give it a try.
Which low latency transmitter will work with the RCA output jacks from AVR?
Could this be used with a Bluetooth emitter connected to a projector? I’d like to connect my projector and my old ONKYO TX 8211 so it plays the sound without latency. Thank you!
Yes! Follow the instructions starting at 1:44.
The latency will depend on your Projector and ONKYO TX 8211. If they don't support low latency codecs, you may experience some latency.
@@Avantree Thank you!
Just got an Avantree DG80. Have it plugged into my laptop, and it will let me send audio out from it to headphones, portable speakers, etc., but I'm having trouble sending audio through it to my Devon x3700h receiver. The Denon doesn't see the Aventree in the available device list, even when both are in pairing mode and next to each other. Any ideas?
Is your Denon receiver a Bluetooth receiver or Bluetooth sender / Transmitter? The dongle only works with a Bluetooth receiver such as headphones or speakers.
I have an old (around 10 years) onkyo CD + radio player without Bluetooth functionality, would it be possible to add Bluetooth speakers to the onkyo using a transmitter and if so which one would you suggest ? Thank you.
Yes, it'll work as long as your onkyo has some sort of audio output jack.
I'd recommend our Oasis Plus or Orbit, they're our best products and have the best range. Link - Orbit (avantree.com/orbit-tc580-bluetooth-transmitter-for-tv ) Oasis Plus (avantree.com/oasis-plus-bluetooth-transmitter-for-tv )
