Awesome work! Congratulations on passing 1k subscribers! I like the reporter/editor analogy, realy showcases the importance of journalistic research over the "breaking news". Daniel Kahneman's book is in my to-read list, but you've explained the topic so comprehencibly that now I am wondering if it's worth reading considering that there are so many other books I'd like to attend to :)
Thanks Nikita! Always appreciate your feedback! I’d definitely recommend reading it, I could probably make 10 videos on just that one book! Kahneman came up with the editor/reporter analogy after he published ‘Thinking, Fast & Slow’; it’s the best analogy I’ve come across for understanding the dual processing model!
@@MindKnown Thank you, I appreciate your feedback too, and feel grateful for finding your channel at the early stage when you can afford giving your attention to me ❤️ 🖖🏻🌞
Yey awesome another vid thanks for making video longer your voice is very relaxing to hear though the voice over on this video the lip noise is noticeable as a voice over artist before it is important to drink water before the recording hope it helps thanks can't wait for next video.
Thank you! Thanks for the voice over tip, that’s something I’d like to improve! I also probably shouldn’t have recorded on one of the hottest days of the year in the UK 😆 More water next time!
He is just calling the conscious mind an editor and subconscious mind a reporter Edit:1 i wasted my time. This is so stupid for me because i already know this
Nice video. Thinking fast thinking slow is probably my favourite ever book. I think everybody should read it.
Thanks! It’s a brilliant book isn’t it?
Thank you for making a complex subject so digestible! 👍
Thank you!
loved this video, so well explained and the visual element was so helpful for understanding 😊
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! 😀

Very helpful 🙏
Thank you, glad it was helpful!
I'm Flabbergasted on the examples you tackled me with.
It’s incredible how easily our mind (‘Reporter’ or ‘System 1’ as Kahneman calls it) can be fooled!
@@MindKnown well looks like everything in this world is well balanced. We are geniusly dumb. If you know what I mean
Grear video! 👍🏼
Thank you! 🙂
I thought Grey not Green at 2.10 of this video. Was I wrong?!
It could be grey but if you look again there are three missing letters :)
