    That's me 100% and spot on! I tried to play two rounds like that and blew out my back! I've since hired a stretching coach and deep tissue massage. PT has def helped open my hips and back. You might as well have used me for an example.
    Awesome video, i watched it 10 times!

    I just looked up this video because I have lower back pain
    I have reverse spine angle and my trainer said it‘s fine because it‘s just slight and I pull out of it in my swing on my downswing
    I think I‘ll have to work on this soon

    Thank you, my back is killing me but I wasn't sure if it's my swing or my damn RA acting up. New to the game so need to break out my phone and see if I'm doing what youre mentioning - I bet I am.

    My back is fine. My elbows are shot. I'm a right handed 58 year old golfer who has been pounding balls for 52 years. It was a perfect day to play today, but I couldn't. I couldn't even lift the frying pan this morning without severe pain in my left elbow. It has been getting worse the last few weeks. Maybe hitting 500 balls a week for 50 years was not a good idea. I love the game more than anything but I'm afraid it's coming to an end. The pain has caught up with me. Now what the hell am I going to do? Sit around with my crazy wife every weekend? I'd rather eat broken glass!

      Paul, you probably have golfer's elbow. I have it in both elbows not so much from golf but from being a software developer for 35+ years. Go to your Dr. for a diagnosis. PT helped me. I also do about 20 minutes of flexibility exercises everyday and wear Velcro braces on both arms when typing. I now have no issues with golf, typing, etc. If it's the tendon on the lower part of the elbow it's probably golfer's elbow. Upper tendon pain is usually tennis elbow and different exercises are used. Good luck.

    God I wish I would have watched this video before going to top golf last weekend. I woke up next day with a pain like no other and only concluded it had to be because of the way I was swinging

      Yes the greatest advice is get golf lessons on any golf course, forget about that expensive club set , lessons will improve your swing more than the most expensive or fitted set 👍

      Thanks. I already take lessons. They encourage me to tilt to the left in the backswing (right handed golfer) in order to stay centered, but Im afraid it's causing me low back pain.

    “Normal” golfers REVERSE C!! Only golfers who have trained to rotate properly know how to make this adjustment. Over-rotating also causes this issue
