So awhile ago I got informed about lucid dreaming because I had started having them frequently. I tried to astral project but failed so I ended up in a lucid dream knowing I had fallen asleep I said to myself "well now that I'm here why not try to astral project " omg what happened next is amazing I laid down in my dream and closed my eyes right away my whole body started vibrating then I jumped out of my body and my spirit flew me to this planet after I was done i woken up in my lucid dream then after i woken up again in reality. What happened?
Natural and profound. Thank you for the brief yet concise info.
Lucid dreaming is amazing. It takes practice but it's worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone. You can have the most beautiful experience with lucid dreaming

"Dream bigger. Do bigger." 💪
What does this cheesy quote have to do with dreaming, oh wait , got it,you're a dreamer.
As a kid I remember I used to be so happy to go to bed cos there is a high chance I will know am dreaming and will start flying around everything is possible. years later now 24 every time I know am dreaming I want nothing more then to wake up I get Soo heavy. not only that I can't fly anymore I will start to sink like am getting sucked to the ground then I will do whatever I can to wake up. I don't know why. Can anyone explain?
Your imagination is no longer innocent and pure, it has been stained but the knowledge you have gathered in the meantime.
Mr. Frank you tell reality of majority and this is common as we grow and meditation is the only panacea
Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.🙏
Me : Omg im dreaming, ok dont think about anything scary
Brain : anything like this?
Me: FUUUUUU
Brain: Oh you want to wake up?
Brain: *You have selected 'wake up in cold sweat’*
Hey man!!!
Why don't you talk about stuff like this on your yt channel, like using lucid dreaming to heal the body through visualization when dreaming
Wow. What a great video. Thank you for sharing.
I “wake up” in my dreams all the time. Remember I’m sleeping, then have control for a good while. The hard part is staying “asleep”.
Lucky youuu, i sense i'm in a dream but my brain tricks me everytime that it's real
The moment I become aware and try to take control, I wake up.
Many years ago I have been learning lucid dreaming and had some success with it, but then all those dreams began slipping out of my control and turning into nightmares, from which it was difficult to wake up. I'm not sure, if I want to do this again :/
Hi rosemary
I remember being 9-10 laying on the floor in my living room next to my younger brother. My mom was laying on the couch talking to her friend on her phone. This was the time when Razor flip phones where the thing. Anyways, I was tired and trying to take a nap and suddenly my body became paralysed. I couldn’t move, talk or anything. But I could hear my mom talking on the phone. It must have only been a minute, and then I tried to wiggle my toes and suddenly I woke up and i took a deep deep breath as if I wasn’t able to breath the whole time. I tried to explain to my mom what had happened but she didn’t believe me and thought I was lying.
This continued to happen throughout my teenage years, i would almost be able to induce it. Never knowing the name of what I was doing, i thought I was different. I even had my cousin watch my fall asleep so that I can prove to him I can hear everything even though im sleeping.
Sleep paralysis - that’s what it’s called and I’ve had it ever since that day I laid on my moms living room floor. I hear/read a lot of nightmarish stories about Sleepparalysis. I’ve never ever had bad experiences with it besides the sometimes overwhelming feeling that I can’t breath or my chest is tight.
It honestly happens to me naturally when I am really tired but have a lot running in my mind while trying to sleep.
Once I enter sleep paralysis it’s easy to enter a lucid dream for me.
I'm a Level 4 Dream Master consisting of therapy , physiological alert , astral travel and future reality. Are you one of my kind?
This is exactly what i need right now
Can we do a video on sleep paralysis too !?
I’m meditating therapist and I want to know more.
What is difference between Lucid dreaming and visualisation?
Lucid dreaming is any dream where you know you are dreaming. Visualization is a mental technique like when you see something in your mind. It's good for impriving skills
