Can I rewatch this video in a lucid dream? 😄 Seriously, I still remember those childhood dreams where I knew I was dreaming. Like once, I had a crossbow in my hand and was trying so hard to wake up because I thought I'd get to keep it if I did. Can't wait to save up and take this lucid dreaming course.

10:59 - 11:14 This is *critical* information to grasp, lucid dreams can exert a life lasting, mind-opening transformative experience with regards to how one perceives life in the waking state in varying degrees depending on the amount and the nature of lucid dreaming.

I just had a lucid dream. As in the dream too I knew. It first begun from home. Mom was talking about me going somewhere, so was talking about me going to get a 12.5kg meali-meal. (And that's typical of mom she cares all the way) so I started off and found myself walking in town. As I was walking in Cairo road heading north I noticed that the number of soldiers in uniform started increasing, untill I got to a point where they're was only soldiers and they had made some sort of a roadblock.( Looking all scary and shit.) Then suddenly I heard low screams, more like just the smell of fear. As I observed I noticed that they were grabbing people that were walking and throwing them inside something like a large suction machine. Then they grabbed me too coz I saw what happening too late. I was already close to the scene and the whole place was filled up with them, so I couldn't escape. After they threw me in, I grabbed hold of one of them and wouldn't let go. I felt like I was about to die. Then all of a sudden my mind came awake and I said, " this can't be real. I must be dreaming." But I was still so scared. I decided to do a dream test buy hitting my arms and palms and feeling them. To my disappointment, my arms didn't go through each other. I felt real. At this point I said to myself, whatever is going on I'd rather die running than to surrender in fear. So started to run in any direction. Then I realized that suddenly I realized that I didn't feel any pain after hitting myself so hard. ( But I did wake up with sore arms and heavy Palms tho) I saw a tall building and I said to myself," jump!" and suddenly I was up going in the air until I got to the top of the building. Then I discovered all the air that was up and it became too much for me so I begun to shrink that building with my mind but it was too slow so I cut I down two three blocks. Then I remembered that they're were solders on the ground. I knew if I went down and they caught me again I'd wake up so I said ,"I need to get the pills" then all of a sudden appeared in my hands was two blue pills and one red/pink pill. Then I threw all pills in my mouth. Suddenly I heard someone who looked like both me and my sister laughing. She asked me ,"did you take both the blue and the red together!" I said yes. She continued laughing then I woke up.

I have more Lucid nightmares than lucid dreams. My nightmares feel like reality. In my nightmares, I wake up out of bed to my normal surroundings, I walk through the house and feel as though something is not right and feel the urgent need to wake up. When I was young, I used to be able to shake my head really fast and wake up. I now have to jump on something high, a clue that I am in fact dreaming cause normally I wouldn't be able to do that. Jump off the dresser and land on my head. Or jump out of a window anything to jolt me awake. I have never in my life had any sort of monsters or any weird person chasing me dream. I have always known if I am dreaming or not. Good dreams to me are like that I am watching a movie as it's being played out with me in it and I just roll with it. I only have about 7 or so dreams with minor variations. I like the dream journal idea but just have never followed though with setting it up.

Yes it is, but you will need to keep a dream diary and make reality checks daily. There are other useful techniques like MILD for beginners, check lucid dreaming forums for more info :)
