Living in Idaho, I get to see this same type of God-given beautiful scenery every day. Not always as green as your neck of the woods but as you said, amazing in its own way. They don't call it Big Sky country for nothing. Thanks for coming out our way for a visit.
Sharing your journey with folks is awesome, there are so many folks that will never see out West like you and me an others that have, so through your videos an eyes it makes it all possible, I figure maybe the way folks see it when your recording is almost like their behind the wheel it's kinda like moving with you lol...if that makes since...guess I need to quit chirping...stay safe God Bless you..p.s thanks for sharing
Tiny Fox indeed rush hour can be a bit stressful out here, and yes the scenery is spectacular, it's getting better, wait till the next video is loaded up, fantastic views!
I like your videos, and your tractor. I would push on the fifth wheel handle, and look under the trailer at fifth wheel. Check your tandems on the trailer to make sure no one messed with the pins. Stay safe out on the road.
Great video enjoyed the beautiful scenery..when i was in the Navy i loved coming home to see grass trees and even the cows cause you dont get that out on the water aha
Love all the content on your videos. Love seeing your Truck. Have you puty the extra lights on your Trailer yet? Happy Trails and keep the shinny side up ........
Allen Dodson unfortunately I haven't got the trailer lights done, have to find a Great Dane trailer facility when I have the time and availability, I will pull this trailer for another 8 years so I still have time to accomplish that task.
I understand. I just love your sharp rig and had wondered if i had missed along our travels if you had gotten them installed. Thanks for you reply..Really enjoy you talks....Brings back a lot of good times.
You are right Life is Good starting at 25:40 when you warn about the cities. I think a lot of tourists see our cities and think that is America. The wide open spaces, the mountains, the lakes and rivers, the prairie, etc. is America!
Its refreshing to see a clean truck, interior, exterior. Don't know how one can spend that much time in a dirty interior. "It drives better when its clean"
Home of the Knievels. Pushing back against the pin. Good thought. Love that cockpit! I own a T-680, and I would give anything to have your talent. You have a natural ability for putting that long nose heifer anywhere you want.
CCRTRAINS you get to deliver the new ones? That's a cool job, always riding around in a new truck, and thank you, but it really was dirty, but she cleans up nice.
Life is good I ain't seen you in a few days I hope you're doing well. Question when you pick up this load it was supposed to be a 38 40,000 lb load but when you got there it was less than that much less. You see they've been truck in this thing for a while does it pay the same as the original load you reply me pick up? I assumed it did or you wouldn't have taken it. Just a wonderment on my part have a safe trip keep the big girl between the ditches
It's a beautiful state and what you're doing is perfect don't mind screw it like I would if I had a GoPro I'd be I don't know what I'd be but I probably over think it.
I used to live out there in Montana...Big Sky County it's called...little less than 1 million people in the whole state, I forgot how much land there was for each person in the state if they broke it up that way.
Gday from Australia, I am an ex trucker and enjoy your videos. I live on the doorstep to the Great Barrier Reef and if you enter "the Strand Townsville" you will see my front yard.
bandit4817 I am going to google swim the reef one day, heard you can do that now, your front yard sounds wonderful, one day I will venture off in that part of the world, have a good day mate.
J Hairfield no not on this trip I wasn't, hours was in good shape, just took a longer break for daylight viewing purposes, enjoying the view, thanks for watching.
I'm trying to figure out the "habits" of what the elog dictates I'm considering getting a CDL but don't think I want to drive for a mega carrier maybe I can occupy the right seat in the Pete & observe-HaHa-Thanks!!!
Sorry I missed ya I know the o'girl is loud I was probably cussing my printer was having trouble getting it to connect to wifi so I could print invoices!! I really hope there is a next time in the meantime I'm glued to your channel to see how well the x-15 holds up was not brave enough to try the first year motor maybe next year if you have good luck
Lee Hill 60,000 miles and going strong so far, going in the Cummins shop on Tuesday for a recall on the fuel pump and a ecm update, the Cummins development team watch my channel and have invited me to the Columbus Indiana facility for a tour and get some feedback on the engine from me, that's really cool, so maybe I will learn a little more about this engine and share it with everyone. We will meet up again, it's a small world, however I don't run west that often, not sure where you run, but I will keep an eye out for that purple Pete .
10-4 that sounds really awesome hope they let you video the tour!! As long as I have this truck my attitude for going west is I ain't lost nothing out there I need to go get. I mostly run out to pa or Michigan then work my way back to Kansas City. So I'm sure I will see you around hopefully my o'girl want be so dirty next time I gotta go back and watch the rest of your videos are you in elds yet??
If ever in Grand island Nebraska area the Peterbelt shop there is top notch and you will be treated right I know the owner personal and he is a great guy

Verizon Sucks! I have been all over and ATT is the best. Man... switch to ATT Prepaid. It is the SAME service minus the add-on crap - I never use anyway.

Robert Hodgins no place like home, and thank you for your service and protecting our freedom! Greatly appreciate it!

Dinoxt12 I wonder how much of it the federal government owns?
Too much.

If someone has pulled your pin, you have to pull forward a little bit to reset the latch then backup and relatch!
I always pushed back on the king pin first.
I like these POV videos
Good Day LIG-the 15 hour break in Butte Montana are you running on "recap hours" if you don't mind saying. I'm enjoying the ride-Thanks!!!!
Can you tell me how that X15 Cummins does for you, I'm fixing to buy a new truck I've heard a million things I'd like to hear your input. On that
Sorry I missed ya I know the o'girl is loud I was probably cussing my printer was having trouble getting it to connect to wifi so I could print invoices!! Lee Hill been on Electronic logs for years, love it! I could never go back to paper
Life is Good. I hope I feel the same way in a few years
Lee Hill you will, give it a chance, 8 hours of sleep a night is fabulous.
In the U.K. We have a dog clip we put in once we are hooked up and the handle can only be pulled if the dog clip is removed from fifth wheel handle
Gary Savage never seen one, I will look that up.
You could probably teach a thing or three to some of these new drivers how to do a proper pre-trip.
Sam O Lordy I could also get schooled on a few things, I will leave that territory to the professional institutions.
I just left north bend ta , they just made the lot bigger
If ever in Grand island Nebraska area the Peterbelt shop there is top notch and you will be treated right I know the owner personal and he is a great guy
how do you do the headcam ??
That was good advice to push on it instead of pull.Thanks.
Yes I love Montana.
It looks like you're coming up on 55K miles on your truck. What have you been averaging for your fuel mileage ?
Sam O currently 6.58 on this west coast turn around
Dead heading? Or loaded
Don't they have a kingpin lock?
Sam O a kingpin lock secures a dropped trailer, unless you have a torch handy, a lock only keeps an honest man out.
Hello hello how are you? :) ciao peace do you like pizza? :)
Paolo Zanconato yes I do enjoy pizza 🍕
Throw some snags (sausages) on the BBQ.
If you're looking for Montana-like scenery and then some...grab a load to British Columbia Canada....you won't be disappointed....
Peter Clark my setup is not legal for Canada, I'm over length
You lost me when you said Washington New York City's not America
Veldosia Burroughs yes I think that came across wrong, I love both cities and they have lots to offer just as this vast beautiful landscapes in Montana, watch this video and you will understand ruclips.net/video/nGqZm9ksPsY/видео.html
Why don't you show your face so we know what you look like lol!
Melvin Batchelor yes I am going to do that soon, just was always filming the truck and views, a self reveal is coming soon, stay tuned and thanks for watching
