I like how the power robot has tinted windows on it. Because even knock off ninja turtles are embarrassed to be in it.

OMG, I always wanted the Gobot Power Warrior when I was a kid. And if I ever came across this in my TMNT phase when I was 11, I'd of totally freaked.
This must be what inspired the Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation/Power Rangers In Space crossover.

Seems like there's a few movies based around Japanese toys made in Korea since there was a time when Japanese media was not allowed in the country, my favourite is Space Gandam V which had the Valkyrie from Macross fighting a giant spider. But this one has to be a close second just cause of mix of live action and animation.
Once again please thank your friend Mischelle for us. This toy set is really cool! It’s amazing to see the Turtles piloting their own giant robot! Truly fantastic! Bootleg Zones is such a wonderful series! Great skit at the end too!
Man... that skit at the end was hilarious! We got to see Baltard, Bat Hero, Cyboug, The Cerebral Krang, the Power 5 being a jerk and most importantly, ChiChi playing the role of Princess Yessler! What a way to celebrate the 100th episode of Bootleg Zones! Phelous, you really do spoil us.

Humm, this is interesting - the blue Courageous/Power Suit mold was only released in Japan, so it's really rare. If a KO exists of it, it would be an easier way to get it.

Well, they not only inspired a episode of the '87 cartoon, but also a truly insane multi-part story in the Archie comics series involving adult Turtles, zombies, Raphael's fox-person wife, mecha, an evil cat guy and Hitler's brain in the year 2094. No, really. I'd love it if you reviewed that.

That's not a bad thing to be reminded of. Some of TMNTA's concepts, like a giant transdimensional cow's head, fit right into Korean bootleg sensibilities.

DW4Ever91 I can actually relate. I watched the dingo balto before seeing the real one. Or at least I think. The only thing I can remember from it was the shot of the black wolf falling down the gorge, mainly due to how preposterous young me found that shot in particular, and the footage phelous showed in his review is almost how I remember it.

I seem to recall a TV episode of one of the animated TMNT series where Donatello had built a giant robot which needed to be piloted by all four of them.
Maybe it was a nod to this toy or the movie which spawned it.

never expected to see a gobots/ ninja turtles mashup. its the powersuit courageous, and ninja turtles.
I wonder if this was ripping off the Machine Robo version then the gobots because cartoon version looks more like in that show. Which is where some of Gobots toys come from. This is weird hole to go down.
