Watched this after the Polar Bear monologue, his face has a little more character but his hair is pretty much identical!

He pretends to have an enormous ego and be more famous than he is, that's his humour. He acts like an asshole for an act.

ok i think we have our answer there, with the two answers: this is a moronic bit for moronic people. There is no jokes. The guy obviously put on some kind of smirk to make it "comedic" and that's it. Thank you all
