Hi Kitaro, firstly thank you so much for your breath work. It has helped me hugely. I suffer with general anxiety, when it flares up, it is incredibly debilitating for weeks. I control my day time with a great many breathing exercises, mainly yours but at night I am now facing issues with quality regular sleep, I cannot get tired at the right time and I cannot stay asleep, I end up very uncomfortable and worrying. As you are so good at tailoring breathing exercises for different uses, could you please research and design one that will get me to sleep and hopefully stay asleep? I know there is no guarantee but if you instruct it, I will do it and hopefully it will change my life for the better as all your other lessons have done. Thank you.

I do this 1-2x pre workout and 1x before normal meditation. This is perfect for me because it’s short and sweet
