      @@KitaroWagaThe only issue I have is breathing fast and deep through the nose is hard for me but it feels better exhaling after nasal inhale for some reason. For longer breath holds I need to mouth breath tho. Any tips on that? Also I heard that if you feel strong tingling in fingers/feet/lips that you're somehow breathing wrong. I don't mind the tingling but is this true Senpai?^^

      Kindness comes as natural consequence when one becomes aware of the more subtle inner life, which can include repressed emotions. Being able to express this, could be described as kindness too.

    I’ve been working on eliminating so much noise in my life these past 6 months. I’ve done the Wim Hof Method for about 7 years and at some point it just stopped doing it for me.. like it was missing something deeper. A good friend of mine sent your video about why the WHM is not complete and it really resonated, deeply. There is something so pure about how you are guiding and teaching the breath, Kitaro. I’m in the midst of a lot of online training right now for a new job but as soon as I have time I’m going to start learning through your courses. You are teaching invaluable information. Great work!!!

    Sometimes I can't breath fully through my nose, any tips how to conquer that?

    • @KitaroWaga
      @KitaroWaga  16 дней назад

      you can try to inhale through the mouth.

    • @DaleCrommie
      @DaleCrommie 15 дней назад +1

      When one side of my nose is stuffy, I do a few rounds of alternate nose breathing, holding one nostril closed, while taking and holding the breath for 10 seconds, then letting it out. Repeat with other nostril, then one more round. It usually eases up the stuffy nostril.❤️🌻

    Thanks for all the good knowledge you share🙏🧘‍♂️. One question tho, do you recommend nasal breathing for the deep breathing part?

    • @KitaroWaga
      @KitaroWaga  3 дня назад +1

      Yes, I generally do recommend nasal inhalation. But to increase the intensity of the breathing one can also inhale through the mouth.

    When doing breathwork, i tend to lose track of time, disallowing me to capitalize on the gradual pace change, this is something that holds me back from doing breathwork without watching a video to guide me; which i do feel is important for personal growth in the realm of breathwork. I dont necessarily want to rely on videos to learn breathwork but theres not much help out there when it comes to breathwork... i do hope that changes!!! Im not really sure what answer im looking for in bringing this up... Do you perhaps count to yourself in your head some type of way? I just dont think gradual pace change to intensify the experience, comes as natural to others as it does perhaps for you. I do notice after one round of whatever breathwork i do, i tend to feel more relaxed and in control of my breath, perhaps even more able to control my pace conscientiously. At that point i feel i pace myself better. But i just figured id put this out there, perhaps to help inspire more videos from you or help someone reading the comments relate. Hope everyone has a good one!!! 👍😁👍 Keep breathing!

      Hey, I don't know if this helps but during breath holds it's good to do a body scan. And you can spend more time on each body part. Another tip is 'mudras', for example holding hands in certain way (thumbs and index fingers together) this can help the mind stay attentive.
      This same phenomenon happens after long ice baths, sense of time changes. It feels sped up! Once I listened music after and it felt fastforwarded 😁
