〈How to make〉
1. Make a sponge.
Lay the paper on the front preparation and mold.
Sift flour.
(1) Put the egg and acne sugar in a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until whitish.
(2) Divide the sieved flour into 3 times and mix it so that it is spatated.
(3) Put some dough in the egg, mix well, and then put it back into the original dough and mix.
(4) Pour into the mold.
(5) Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C. for about 25 minutes.
(6) If there is wrinkles on the surface and elasticity in the center, it is baked.
Remove from the mold and pour wet and cool.
※ When not using immediately, it cools completely and then wraps it in a plastic bag or wrap.
2. Make syrup.
Put the cracked sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over the fire.
3. Make whipped cream
Put fresh cream, milk and mushroom sugar in a bowl and put it in ice water and set it for 9 minutes. (Hardness that falls by shaking it on the whipper)

(3) Squeeze the fresh cream on top with strawberries.
(4) Repeat (2) and (3) for the second sheet.
(5) Add the third sheet so that the bottom is on top, beat the syrup, and squeeze all the fresh cream.
(6) Clean the sides and top surfaces with a nappe knife.
Decorate with strawberries and mint.
(8) Cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
