For freddo you need double espresso, so 19-20gr with an output of a 40-42gr and if you want sugar u do it while the coffee is hot, not mixing it with ice
that's the way you do it when you do a freddo espresso you need a double shot of espresso. When you using a milkshaker you add the sugar before mixing it but when you use a shaker if you shake it you are going to burn your hand, adding the sugar in the shaker and the ice it will dissolve it completely, but when you do that in a milkshaker the sugar will not dissolve completely 😊😊😊
This is my favourite coffee. When I go home (Greece) that's what I order.

So shaking the milk with froth it? I've used a good handheld frother, there was a great froth, but then instantly it disappeared. 🙄😳
it's the type of milk you using, Skimmed milk is the best for frothing, and should be really cold as well at around 3°C or add 2 ice cubes, you can try it even with a handheld frother 😊😊😊
The froth is definitely fake 😂😂 they might have put milk in the shaker first but then there’s a cut and what you see at the end is most likely whipped cream. Skimmed milk is the less likely and hardest to give a good froth, because it has not enough fat. It will have large bubbles and will dissolve fairly quickly. Cold milk in general is very tricky to froth. Long-life full fat milk (3.5%) works best and shaking with big icecubes works better than using a handheld frother, unless you have a very fast one but it will never get as foamy and stiff as the fake froth in this video 🤷🏼♂️ nonetheless it’s a neat iced cappuccino recipe. Just don’t expect to get milk to look like the whipped cream in the video 😉
@@jannesludtke578 I have tried fully fat milk and semi skimmed milk and none of them is working, the skimmed milk is the only one that can get this shape get completely creamy 😊😊😊

@@jannesludtke578 this is a skimmed milk, that's the only milk it gets on this shape. So do me a favour, buy some skimmed milk but in the freezer for about half an hour or until the milk gets 2-3 degrees Celsius, you can do it the same way I did it by adding it with 2 ice cubes in the shaker, or you can you a hand mixer in a small bowl with 2 ice cubes, you can use a milkshaker to froth it again with 2 ice cubes, or if you have a French Press, you can use that to froth it, when you try it I'm waiting for your comment below 😊😊😊

Tamping without levelling or at least using your hands to try to evenly distribute coffee will produce a very bad channeling.
That's absolutely true but that video was focusing much more on freddo cappucino, if you see my single and double espresso videos you will see I always tap down the coffee down 😊😊😊

What's skimmed milk?
Skimmed milk, is made when all the milkfat is removed from whole milk. It tends to contain around 0.1% fat 😊😊😊
