If you use oils and butters in the hair then you should always wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo (I would recommend sulfates unless you are allergic) to break down and lift the oil and butter off the hair and scalp and then follow up with a moisturing shampoo particularly one designed for your hair type (curly, coily, wavy, straight etc.). Then follow up with stylers. Depending on how much you sweat/how much product you use, you may want to wash your hair more often (I typically go for twice a week).
after you shampoo you should condition the hair and then follow up with stylers. You may also benefit from periodic protein treatments (those typically help to define the curls).

Right its so good, i forgot about the as i am products for some reason !
I’m so glad that the Manuka honey one isn’t bad because literally I have a tub full of it and I was about to use it this wash day😅
