Thank you very much for this, it's well explained and absolutely gorgeous. I could never get my head around how to best draw the waterfall and this detailed it perfectly. It also gave me a new perspective on rocks, that's been a sticking point for me without my really realising.

However I would like to throw my pov here if u don't mind 😬 @13:16 the middle rock on the left side its dark shading could be little blurred at some point to suggest water waves more 3 d . Obviously that's just basic but impressive sketch .and u r way more familiar with such stuff

+Alphonso Dunn Your Pen & Ink Videos have been "classes" for me, getting started with this medium. I've watched all of them for texture & landscape. Great Work all around. One technical question: What type of pencil do you use & how do you get sharpened like that (good old fashioned whittling?) Keep up the great work & Thanks Again!
For pencils I use a regular #2 or 2mm lead holder. And i have a video on how i sharpen it
