I thought this was a PTR with all of the bladestorms. They should also reduce the mana cost to it in the PTR notes. And maybe, allow aurora's and buffs.
So, how would this work out, do you think? Creeps drop no items, give double gold, and all items in marketplaces are half price. I think it would be interesting.
