From the beginning of the game the opponent was screaming NecroSOSs, the red flags were there

This was my favourite strat when I was a kid, mass necros and win
i played Ghouls only every time, since it was the only strat i understood as a 12 years old :D
Mine was getting anub and tries to imitate the "indobededabele" while spamming spike. Can't deny, that's my favorite memory core

2 ideas: for NE - 3 shops and either stock moonstones with backpack and spam them as soon as you need them for a perpetual night; for UD - go DK necros but with pact instead of coil. They'll never expect the 0-dmg immortal DK.
Would have having a lich helped? Since you have so many skellies to eat for mana

I've recently seen a game with SoYma where he massed glaive throwers against human's tower rush, and then backstabbed the human, leveling his base in seconds with 9 glaives.

That's the great thing about having mastered the game. You can do all kinds of creative or even silly strategies and get away with it, whereas a casual would just get steam-rolled lol.
I love these bad undead builds. So fun
Solo unit banshees would be a whole lotta fun. 😅

They are so unique.
Proper necrowagon needs 2 temples and one slaughterehouse, right? More expensive compared to say 2 aviaries or 2 bestiaries or 2 lores or 2 crypts mass gargs.
Does that mean you should expand first?
One concept i find amusing about necromancy in w3 is that you kill a random chicken or critter and out comes two full sized skeletons 😂

Fun strategy
I would
1) sell crypt (never used)
2) sell altar (tavern revive anyway)
3) include the gouls as shields with 2k wood

I dont know what the strategy was called but i remember quickly building two or three graveyards near my opponents base and have like 6 or 8 necromancers there just spamming skeletons then i would have ghouls to take hits basically get a dreadlord hero and lastly use meatwagons to pick up corpes for necromancers to use later lol

I think if you add on statues/destroyers with your necros, then you'd have a more solid/interesting strat.

I don't think that viewer's strategy was too bad. If you're running BM 1st, the Alchemist strategy could work? Troll HH/Berserkers with Shaman BL, Lightning Shield, and Purge support.

about 1st game do this versus human (coz of juicy peasants): (vamp sleep) creep > 3 temples > 6 necros/ 6 ghouls then attack (master necros while attacking) add dk later for double aura. worked for me (on shitty lvl ofc)

He should just made more dryads and used wisps a bit better, I think?

I'm only making one unit today:
Heroes, Necromancers, ghouls, skeletons, towers, and mercs.
Winning Necros against Panda, not very easy. Good thing Elf doesn't change to Dryads

I mean this might be a dumb suggestions since Grubby is a pro and I am a pleb that never really played this game competitively, but isnt he allowed to make acolytes? Couldn't he make Acolytes and Necros? use the Acolytes like a damage sponge wall and when it falls revive the corpses they make? Probably not cost effective I reckon since its like 70g per Acolyte so 35g per Skeleton.
I never thought about UFing every skele but with 90 necros it makes sense
Seems the main thing lacking was corpses
My OG strat was necro wagon dk dl lich into UF frosties
This was before destroyers ruined every game
Not sure why we don't see much carrion at high level anymore. Constantly chucking out the trihero nuke was a recipe for Ws
Note how Cripple really swings the game and completely invalidates bears

Got a funny idea for a challenge, the confusion challenge. Using the name wheel to roll for a new unit composition or strategy once at the start and every x minutes. Can also roll twice everytime to make sure that you know what comes up next. Would be so confusing if the strategy constantly changed , hehe.

Hell even glaive throwers would have done lots of dmg to the necros
necs are terrible vs air (skeletal magi are too inefficient against air, since T1.5 ranged are soft counters, and you only get 1 skeletal magi per summon). Faerie dragons / hippogryph riders would have countered the necs hard, faerie dragons moreso because they're magic immune and can't be crippled like hippo riders.
Mass necros, it's very great, but necros are very fragiles and it's easy to lose when you are a beginner with necros tips!

I think you're supposed to use meat wagons to carry spare corpses for this strategy, but I guess you got it with the proxy graveyards.

I think the Dark Hunter would be fun with Necros, despite the fact she's the leader of the Banshees, she makes more Skeletons.... though only one vs the two you get from normal Necros. But i think the Dark Minion is stronger than basic Skeletons.

Impossible, the necros all have skeletons inside of them.

Guys please help, Is there a updated guide for 2024 anywhere about custom keybindings?? Im only interested in changing unit and hero key bindings so that skills can be cast with q,w,e,r - Ive found dated guides online from ages ago and have tried a number of different methods, nothing seems to work
