No problem, you can make do with. Use what's available. If you have a Graphite set, consider using the darker range. 6b, 8b

The technique is the same with what was outlined in the video. Start with the lightest (hard) and work your way to the darkest (soft)

There is no best paper but I recommend Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper
