I totally hear you,I had around 10 helpers in 3 years, nobody wants to work hard anymore, I have been installing fences for 26 years I have an LLC that I’m trying to built,and besides my experience I learned a lot from your videos,thanks! Btw Your new truck is very nice!

I'm coming down from 9 staff a few months ago down to 5 now. I think I've turned over about 20 people since I starte my store. Found some bad apples and some bananas trying to be apples. 6 years in now, very few diamonds out there.
Some of those employees appeared to be soft. Muffin tops and man boobs. Did you check their hands for callous’s? I am a one man fence company and that’s the way I like it.
