    Appreciate the honesty. The last two years of videos from Florida have helped my business tremendously. This year we have almost doubled revenue (and crews) and that has led to an incredible amount of stress. So when you upload your updates, it doesn’t make me feel so alone in the battle. Thanks for sharing your journey.

    Respect man. You are all in. Its hard af and people dont realize it, but you have to take the risk to have a chance. Youre an inspiration. Ive worked with people who refuse to do things the right way and they are the most insufferable people to work with! Its really hard to live in a world of entitled people and cheaters. It takes tough skin to put up with it and keep trudging through the mud. You got this. In 5 10 years youll have so much more experience. It will all be worth it.

    Good morning mark, Dan and team SWI as well as fence fam that’s along for this journey. It’s incredible what you have achieved Mark and team in Florida and in such a short time and with the team that you have assembled and trained. Even if you fall short of your goal, you still kicked ass with a great team and will continue inspire others that even with your bucket filling day to day and being honest and tackling your problems one at a time it’s incredible what can achieve. Have a great dang day 💪

      Good that you are profitable now with the Florida location, 2 years is not a lot of time. You doubling this year is great, when for a lot of people this year was alot harder than the last. I can see you juggle a lot but In 3 to 4 years can only imagine what your Florida location will look like then and I’m sure with the trajectory you guys are on now a lot of 💰is coming😃 either way here for the ride whatever you share.
      Just an idea for a video you should do an update shop walk through with Josh Glover at Mr fence location that you and Luke did years back, that’s incredible what Josh and his team has done couple years later after all the growth they had then.

      Great content as always. Aa an only child I have admiration of your family involvement in the business. Any chance one of the next generation will be interested in taking an active leadership roll in SWI.

    Having partners IN the trenches is huge! Without Donnie and now Randy we wouldn’t be HALF of what we will become. That’s a great point how the value of people can be overlooked

    Financial statements would show those big purchases as assets, so you would have profited the value of those big purchases

    • @SuccessfulContractor
      @SuccessfulContractor  6 месяцев назад

      Assets are on the balance sheet not the P&L unless expensed out. We don’t expense fixed assets over 2500 so they are not represented on the P&L but instead must be purchased with profits, financing or capital injection which are all balance sheet transactions are not related to profitability of the company.
