I keep meaning to look at your Korean channel but keep procrastinating. 😂. After watching this channel where will I find the time? I liked the Didi interview and I forgive you for repeating the same sentence pattern a lot (I didn’t really notice as I’m not good enough but now that you pointed it out I’m sure I won’t be able to un hear it). Even though I’m not all in with your method, it’s having an impact on what I do. Before I would “try” to look up no words for the rest of the day but now I’m picturing you judging me and I’m actually doing it… (I still get my flash cards in though first).

Keep it up, and you’ll get there : ) and Yeah, obviously in the video above I’m joking about saying don’t watch the video with Didi ㅋㅋㅋ It’s just so hard to unhear once you hear it. @ Many people are their own worst critic for sure. When I was teaching English in Japan I got so critical of my English I almost told people to forget that I am a native speaker: never imitate me.

Hahah yeah 😅So the reason I don’t include English subtitles, or any subtitles on that channel for that matter is because a lot of the references within the videos are edited in Korean on screen, so it would only makes sense linguistically & culturally if you were Korean or spoke Korean well. A lot of them wouldn’t make sense even if translated into English or other languages. Also, because out of the entire 95% Korean subscribership about 70% of them are learning English so I use immersion examples from English to kind of give those a-ha moments. If you’re an English speaker, it wouldn’t make any sense, cause you understand English already lol. So you’d be like well dih I understand this hahah. But I know few of you guys who aren’t Korean watch that channel anyway, so I’ve been thinking recently about adding subtitles haha : ) Maybe soon I will!!!
