forget about Covid the cross contamination in that kitchen is off the charts

That's the first thing I thought about . Chicken is the worst when it comes to cross contamination. I wear disposable gloves when I'm making a chicken dish. I hope that flour wasn't used again after he dredged the chicken in there. Peps please use caution when handling foul .

Just made this one tonight with some chicken legs that needed cooked. It was fantastic. The Red bell pepper really made it for me. I also added a handful of baby carrots for extra color. One day I'll remember the green onion!

I'm not an expert, but I think Chef Chaplin has a better feel for the dishes he's cooking and with the sauces than anyone I've ever seen. Makes it look easy but it's not.

some people can sight read music... but some can hear the notes on the sheets before it's even played. Capt Jack can taste the flavors in his minds eye. Not the healthiest... but his recipes are sure delicious!

I miss Jack and his humor. I came across him and I watched as many as I could. He loved cooking and you could tell he loved people. I Retired from Law Enforcement in 2002 and wanted to go to cooking school. Couldn’t believe the tuition fees.
It was a slap in the gut when I learned this gracious, humble, and heart of a giant had passed away. He always talked about his girls. They were right, the restaurant wouldn’t have been the same without his presence. RIP Jack.
