The Detroit Free Press claim that the FBI have been at Ann Arbour checking the computers at Michigan for potential betting irregularities, in their investigation of a former GA, Matt Weiss. The FBI may have called in a 3rd party to audit their computers which has led to the Michigan investigations by the NCAA and Big 10.
I think Clemson needs to be going into the transfer portal and nil big time. Without it, you have a team with equal numbers of the four years going against teams with mostly juniors and seniors where many people transferred in with big time experience into areas the depth is low, making weaknesses strengths. Even a five star freshman who has only played high school football is not as good as a 3 star that has started and prospered at a place like Michigan state and become a star and now wants real nil.
We don't need portal players our recruiting classes are easily top 10. We need PLAYER DEVELOPMENT! Our lower tier coaches have very limited coaching experience. Riley changed nothing. Its broken elsewhere in the machine. Fumbles, etc. That's practice, coaching, etc

Why did Clemson totally self destruct at Duke late? I think Dabo needs to play his starters less so they are fresh in the 4th. But that takes depth. FSU has the top rated lineman in the upcoming NFL draft and the top receiver in the upcoming NFL draft. Imagine where Clemson would be with that kind if injection of talent. All of a sudden a good receiver room becomes a great one. All of a sudden you don't have Miami pushing the ball at will late. Dabo needs to change with the times. But I don't see that these kids don't know how to play football. They just get tired late.
Im waiting on the double option with Ship/Mafah which could easily open up Briningstool up the seam. With both RBs putting up good ypc surprised this hasnt been tried in some permutation

That's a solid point. My hesitation stems from the poor position coaches. What happens if the unqualified coaches waste a transfer's talent?
