Excellent video of an excellent watch from Seiko. It’s funny I came across your video because just a few days ago I was thinking why don’t more people do videos of their Seiko dive watches in action doing what they’re designed to do and here pops up your video of the 007 . Thanks for an awesome 😎 video 👍🏻
Visibility is unreal with this watch. If I can only have one from collection (I have many more expensive) I'd take this watch. It's just all I need and nothing else.❤skx007
@underwaterwatchesunderwater that citizen is great! I had this watch in black for a couple year until a gave it to my father. He didn't want to mess about with automatics or batteries and this is the perfect watch for him. Next time I will try the blue one.
@@surfside75- I loved the blue one. Really good blue. Don't tell anyone, but I was a bit disappointed with the blue on the Tudor Pelagos. And the blue on the Casio Marlin... Wow! Yeah, I got a bit of a thing for blue-faced watches =)
The only watch looking Rolex right in the eye, with equal or more of a reputation! 😁 I rock mine every single day without worry! 😁😁😁 Booty & Desk diver here! 😂
Aye, the SKX007 is possibly the most popular dive watch at this price point... Though personally I prefer the Citizen Promaster Divers Watch BN0151-09L =)
@@FrostBlackbird it a homage.Nothing can replace a skx.It has intangible factor to it.You can have more expensive watches than the skx but you always love it.The best entry diver ever.
In July 2019 I bought one of these off Amazon: AKASO EK7000 4K Sport Action Camera Ultra HD - It's still going strong and I use it to this day. One word of caution... Do not press the buttons on the water-resistant box when under the water! I've found it lets water into the case =)
The sea gets very rough around this part of Devon, and everything gets very churned up. If I waited until the sea was clear, the sky was blue and I had spare time I'd never make a single video.
G shok? I have one of them, 56bb 1. They even without water have foging screen always when I pass from warm place to cold. In service after repair thay told me that they not garranty that the watch do not have foging screen again. Sheet of watch.
I subscribed! You said the Citizen is better than the SKX! I unsubscribed! Only the Submariner is better. That or another Seiko. A Vostok is superior to a Citizen. BTW, you could put a watch in a bucket of seawater all night & get the same result.
@@miccont09 What could be better for the same money? The Citizen thing struck a nerve I'll tell you! Did not see that coming. He had me until then. :( But, hey. His opinion. But damn, the SKX? Look at it! A beast!
@@captainactionman01 - Yeah... I really liked the SKX. It was the watch I always wanted but could never afford. Then I got a good deal on one-second hand. It is a good watch. But... And this is just my opinion... Having held both in my hands at the same time, there's something more solid, robust, and 'Beastly' about the Citizen =)

Thank you for your kind words Joseph, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Just wish I had more time to get in the sea and more money to buy watches =)
LOVELY to see that the watch is used for what is made for 💪🏻💪🏻
Hey... Thank you for your kind comment =)
I use mine to time hard boiled eggs...
Nice to see it in action, not only above a table with some voice over. Thank you!
Thank you Mathiashls, much appreciated =)
finally a skx in their natural habitat
Thanks Chris - The SKX007 is a great underwater watch... Highly recommended =)
@@underwaterwatchesunderwater i have the skx 009 Great watch :)

What do you think about the Citizen Promaster BN0151?

Can’t wait to build my ultimate SKX007 with all the upgrades but still looking stock. My 009 needs it’s brother🤪
Very nice, and the chapter ring looks inline 😁🔥👍
Thank you. And yes... The chapter ring was inline, not something that can be said for all Seikos LOL =)
Came for the 007, stayed for the no-bullshit-channel-name. How refreshing!
Thank you very much =)
Thank you from🇳🇵🇳🇵 😂❤ I've this watch 😅 i like Seiko ❤
Wait.... Someone's using a dive watch for... Diving?
SURF WITH MINE EVERY DAY, NEVER TAKE IT OFF....NEVA

Better get me one of this masterpiece before it’s to late
@@daniel2946 - If you can get one for a good price, you'll love it =)
Look into islander watches. They basically upgrades Seikos.

Great vid but you should have indexed the bezel to show your dive time.
Thanks John, I'll take that on board =)
what camera did u use under the sea?

SKX007 J ❤
how much
That's like 10 meters depth🤣
Hey, this is the underwater watches underwater channel, what else can I say?
What a bad water colour! 🤢 where did you go swimming…

How is it a bad water colour
Why on earth people using automatic and analog watch to dive when they can use such Gshock to easily wrap that up
Different strokes for different folks Nicko =)
Why even wear a watch when you can use a dive computer. So people wear a watch for back up or just because they want to.
Because they like it
Because they want to

Each to their own, not worth getting bent out of shape over an opinion. Enjoy =)
@@miccont09 You're right. But man, the SKX? Legendary. On my grail list. What could be better?
