Wonderful violin sound, great technique, but I feel that your playing lacks variety. The vibrato seems to be always the same, there is a lack of contrasts in one of the most romantic violin concertos. The orchestra sounds in the same way. Only toward the middle of the third movement I perceive some passion. Sorry, but I feel that all you are just reading the score. I am not looking at the video, but just listening the music; so, I am no influenced by your gestures or the lack of them. (Near the last page I looked at the video, so I could see that the solo part was in front of you. I ask myself if you were reading it.)
The music stand of the front desk of the second violins appears on one camera angle to be in front of the soloist. The soloist is not reading from the music!
