Are you sure about the weight of the bags? 20 kgs seems a lot for those small bags. I want to make sure so I can start training with the proper weight. CFB toronto is a former Canadian Forces base in Toronto, Ontario. The airfield is currently operated as Toronto / Downsview Airport. Borden is very far . Do you have any information where the CFB Toronto moved to? I don’t know if it’l be a good idea to ask the recruiters where I can practice before the date.

It is 20 kgs. I finished 30 consecutive lifts at CNE yesterday in 56 seconds lol.
Yes the regulation FORCE evaluation is sandbag 20kg.
