I recently changed my rear rotor and brake pads. Now my foot parking brake doesn't hold the car. How do you adjust it?

There is an adjusting screw reached by a hole in the rotor face. It is closed by a grommet which he shows removing in the video. Remove it and turn the "star" with a screwdriver or brake adjusting tool till there is slight resistance.
