    Thank you, it is very nice to be reminded what is important consistency vs perfection. It was nice how at the end you show how to put the left over meals. Truly it’s perspective.

    Carolina - I am new to you and your RUclips Channel. So amazing and inspiring. You really have a gift for this work! I am so enjoying dipping into your content and Lifestyle. I had my first Matcha today so good! I delayed the caffeine this morning for the first time 60 minutes and went for a walk with the doggies and wifey - so nice better and more even energy.     Your channel is amazing! I’m in the UK but find everything easy enough to follow still. It’s so refreshing to find a RUclipsr making protein/hormone balancing recipes that include meat and eggs, I had almost given up! Love all your great ideas. I’d love to see a drinks series and a snacks series in the future, and am finding the cycle sync recipes super helpful. I’m also reading that same book you recommended. Looking forward to more great videos!

    Coeliac girlie here and I never thought of using sweet potatoes instead of burger buns!! Thank youuu!
    Very few brands do decent bread buns! If you're able to find Promise GF or Genius Deliciously GF in the States they are my favourites!

    Hi! Just found your channel and loving it! I’m also gluten free… not by choice lol. I order my gluten free bread and hamburger buns from a bakery in Indiana. It’s called Native Bread. Super clean ingredients and tastes amazing! My non GF husband and my father in law love this bread! Everything comes freshly baked and then I slice it all and put it in the freezer. My fav for their gf bread is the honey oat. I hope you’re able to try it!

    I like the hero brand for gluten free bread. I make the most bougiest sandwiches with it. A little pricey but most gluten free items are anyways. I found mine at Sprouts.

    Why do all these influencers use 2 eggs and then only the egg white of the 3rd egg? They say all the vitamins and nutrients are in the yolk. Dont understand why we are omitting the 3rd yolk.

      I just do it because I already get some healthy fats from the first 2 eggs and then add the egg whites for extra protein bc most of the protein in eggs is in the egg whites :)

      @@TheCarolinaLifestyle Kinda get that but is it that big of a deal to eat 1 more yolk? I’m seriously not trying to be sarcastic in anyway, I’m seriously asking because I want to understand why. Is eating that 3rd yolk that bad for you? Or is it the extra calories you are trying to cut out (which I don’t even know the calorie count on a single egg yolk) . Or do you count your fat grams daily and that would push you over? Sorry, Just try to understand. Trying to get on a program.

      @@MyshelLeAnn it's not a big deal you can definitely eat the third yolk it's not bad for you!!! I just do the egg white hack so I don't over-do on the fat, but there are definitely times when I have a scramble with 3 eggs + the yolks!!
