Love the channel, man. I'm a 25+ year skateboarder, recent coffee enthusiast, entrepreneur, and on a self-development mission. This is some quality stuff homie.

Dude. Thank you! Thank you for pushing through as at least on camera, I can see that the stuff your putting out there for all to see, is genuine and that your going through it yourself! I am a big fan of 're-thinking' because when something like this happens ( covid ) our normal day in and day out of how we make $$ is rocked/shattered/etc. To give ourselves permission to re-think and innovate. For the coffee industry, we need guys like you, companies like Cat&Cloud to push us to do better and be better. Thank you.

Love the message Chris! Before the pandemic I was always grinding with video gig work and always wanted to focus on RUclips but never fully committed to it. Lockdowns happen and I was happy to finally be able to commit a majority of my time to YT, gained 50-60ish subscribers since then. Pretty grateful for the pandemic because it just helped me with the "reinvention" aspect of what you're saying

There is always some good. Not for all of us, but for most of us. We've all been affected but we've also all been given an opportunity. Take away the loss of life and this has been a tremendous awakening for so many people, myself included, and opportunities for kindness and connection have never been more accessible. We can never replace the people we've lost but we can honor their memories by rising above this in the best ways left to us.

Hey Chris, I am a huge fan and thank you so much for all of the great content you produce.
I am a small business owner in Atlanta who has struggled to get my coffee business off the ground. I am taking this time to reinvent my business model and restart my business all over again. My questions for you
I am building a menu that caters to millennials and has a list of the basic coffee and espresso drinks that you get in other coffee shops. I am stuck in deciding to go with the traditional route or be creative and make my own drinks using alternative dairy options. What would you do? I work with a lot of corporate buildings and offices.

ibrahim amedie Hi. I don’t have coffee business experience . But as part of Your target market, I think that having nondairy options or dairy alternatives is important to drawing more healthful crowd to a cafe, but also being their for folks who can’t tolerate lactose, but still wish to enjoy a good offed drink. I’m not sure what part of the city You are in (ie, public square/downtown / Central business district) and this geography will impact who Your primary audience actually is.
I don’t think the traditional coffee menu has to be mutually exclusive from specialty / seasonal drinks, and especially since it can be easily accommodated. While nut milks are fairly common, oat milk has become relatively popular recently due to its more neutral flavor, thicker consistency (closer to texture of real milk), and lack of nuts (allergens).
I hope this information is helpful to You.
