    Thank you, Victoria! I’ve heard so many say that you have to have a low larynx and not allow it to come up. Without flexibility, all I get is tension and a woofy sound.

    I think it's a misconception because teachers will often say you arent suppose to move your larynx. I know all my vocal professors would say that, and i think what they really should be saying is to not PULL and tighten up. Like you said, flexibility is the idea.

    Cause teachers try to make it seem like or larynx has to be neutral at all times regardless if you’re sing high low or belting
