Hello! I made a mistake when describing Seige. Siege is a pioneer vanguard with a 2 block count. She helps with DP regeneration through the use of her skills. Sorry for the mix-up on my part.

Yes, and that's because of her archetype, however, her utility isn't as great as before due to much better vanguards being added to the game.
