- Carolina trip part 6- Finale
Fished 2 days in SC at creeks, rivers and ponds. The fish were not totally cooperating but made the most of it. Did catch a few fish and explored some nice areas. Thanks to Kyle from @CarolinaBassHunter for taking me out to a few new places.

I love watching you your excitement over the smallest of fish shows your love of fishing....
I look forward to your videos. So refreshing to see a guy that just loves the outdoors!! Best wishes to you
Great job. I love watching all the different places to fish. Better than just sitting at a lake.
I live in upstate SC, you need to fish the Enoree River for bass in you ever come back. I always enjoy all of your videos, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing the journey!!
Really like watching the different places you have been going lately!
Thanks for sharing. Who needs rivers and ponds when you can go on a Creek Fishing Adventure?!
The great thing is you are out in cool places with great people. With all that's going on it's nice tosee rivers ,ponds, and creeks. ( With people catching fish ) even if they are small. They;ll grow ! It's rough on so many people at this time. Some can't get out. So thanks John for the videos. Tom Daytona Beach, FL.
That looked like a really fun fishing day. It was a really nice video. 😊
Those little large mouth bass in that little Creek was icing on the cake you made for us thank you for the Journey
Good video, very scenic.
Its so fun to fish small creeks. Even if they are not big its a blast
You guys are awesome thanks
Awesome video! In the rivers where I live, in Indiana, you can catch nice smallmouth bass, longear sunfish, rock bass, and largemouth bass!
Awesome trip brother.
That scenery!! Pretty
love to know you tried for the Bartrams bass, we love catching them when we do.
The place looked sick with the fog early in the morning. Great video!
Good luck guys
I recognized that last spot you fished. Been picnicking there but no fishing. Definitely will wet a hook there next time I’m there. Enjoyed your video
There is some really good fishing in Robeson County on the Lumber River and in canals that run beside the highway. The water is really dark from the leaves.
sweet - 16 minute entertainment during quarantine. Thanks!
I wish you could come to horse creek Aiken county south Carolina loaded with fish no fishing pressure
All I know is there had better been lemonade in that Chick-fil-A cup. Lol
Good stuff again brother keep em rolling please.
God bless.
Love the videos. Keep it up
A video from John every day is a really good thing. Thanks man.
Yeah, I razzed him a few days back when he had not posted any new videos for about 5 days. I reminded him that he now has a successful YT channel (work) and we'll let him know when he can take some time off. 😉
He agreed it was too many days but he was traveling and filming new stuff. I was jonesing is why I reached out to him.
Eventually, if not already known, he can pre-set videos to release on a set date and time to fill any voids that happen during his travel time.
Donkeys in all shapes and sizes. Great video bro.
Nice work out there, pretty stream you're at.
That dam and rocks would bring you to smallmouth heaven on the Susquehanna here in PA..
Hey you were fishing out of the pescador pro. I just sold mine and got a Bonafide RS117. I liked it I just wanted something that I could stand in. I caught alot of fish out of mine last year. Great vid.👊👍
good to know you are in my area . im from athens but live in kingston on watts bar . ive got an old bass boat and if you ever want to fish up here just let me know and we will set it up . im retired so anytime would be fine . bless you and safe driving
good catch
i’m in greenville south carolina.
you are eat up with the fishing my friend. good to see. different from a lot of sites. stay true to your purpose. i see too many channels that when they get some notoriety they forget what got them there i.e. googan
I live so close ti these areas.. .. Good fishing
Gotta be in Great Falls SC. My Hometown!
This is great, I’m from the most Eastern part of Sc
amazing spot 😍
Cool fishing places. Get some.
dang, that was a large machete, another good reason to always carry a sub compact. Never know what's underneath those bridges man. Stay safe out there.
My state!!!
Third bridge looked like the old Chau ram bridge.. good spot for small cats trout bull heads some bass.(edit: yup that chauga.. . Red bridge looked familiar too...
I've caught some nice Bartram bass on the Chattooga.
You found some amazing looking spots to fish !! There has got to be fish in that last spot..
yes i have to return there
awesome video ....
Winthrop Lake is to pressured in rock hill been there too I got some cool spots for South Carolina fishing here in rock hill
Love your vids man! So fun catching small fish.. you got me uploading panfish vids now 😂👊🏻
haha, nothing wrong with the little ones
Fun just getting out
Nice vid
I need a friend like you the people I know don't like to fish. Can you believe that they don't know what their missing.
Cool looking
Good to see you with my bro Carolina Bass Hunter!! Awesome collab boys!!
👊
That's where i grew up the 80s was awesome
Bravo.
John, that had to be a bad day for the big ones. That river is wayyyyyyy to nice not to have any BIG'uns swimming around!!😁
Subscribed to you all this time and I just find out that you actually come to the area I live.
Quick current cold water smallmouth brown trout rainbow trout in South Carolina. If you're trying to catch any kind of bass other than smallmouth they're not going to be in quick moving water. They will be in the deeper pockets where the water slows down. I've fished in North Carolina and Northeast Georgia and it's the same everywhere I've been
John welcome to my state!!
Nice video.. Great
Absolutely love your channel I want to make some creek and river videos for my channel thanks for all the videos you do hopefully I can grow my channel to as awesome as this channel is. Thanks and love the videos
keep at it
When all else fails fish in the creek not a great day but still caught a few that's why it's called fishing and not called catching LOL still enjoyed the video
Awesome 👊
“I’m down here in South Carolina, the northern part”......that struck me as funny!!
🤣
What part, Spartanburg
Wish I was out fishing right now
Unfortunately we don’t have many native fish in our rivers in this part of SC. DNR stocks trout everywhere by the thousands but of course they die due to water temp, I wish they stocked fish that can survive and breed here.
Eric C Stegall yeah I agree with you....I live in lower part of SC but occasionally hit the upstate for some trout but I wish they would thrive a little better cause I love trout fishing
Looked like the Chatuga river in Oconnee county.
I want this job! Love this guy! Wish you would come too "North East Arkansas" area and do a creeks and Lakes Tutorial/Video.
I use you and like 1 other "Fishing You-Tubers videos as learning tools." I live and have fished here most my life. **decent angler** Anyways sometimes its difficult fishing here without a Boat, Kayak, Canoe, etc. Im on my way to a kayak though! Love your Video's Keep Em Coming!!!🤞🤞🤞💪💪💪💪
Man, I was like "No hellgrammite in this film?!" But no way, this is your bait! Beautifull rivers in the end. Blueridge mountains?
Awesome! Turned out great! Thanks again for coming down to fish. It was an awesome time! Hopefully you can come back!
If you guys want to see some awesome action on that river, come on over to my channel!
@@CarolinaBassHunter Hey Brother, I just subscribed to your channel. 🎣👍🎣👍

@@CreekFishingAdventures absolutely.
@@silvergrizzly316 Thanks a lot!
That is so cool you fished the chauga!!

@@CreekFishingAdventures my favorite kind of places to fish
Me I live in bluffton sc we mostly fish saltwater cuz we only have beaches around here
#178👍. TFS that beautiful territory
Yes Sir 💪👍
You should go to the Saluda River it got all the fish
I`m going to south carolina on sunday morning
Hey I’ve worked at that dam as a matter of fact I’ve worked at most of duke’s dam
Maybe.you.should try north saluda river in Marietta greenville co good trout good look
Trout are everywhere in running cool water in South Carolina I don't know who told you that
Caught my first ever fish in that same body of water
I just never throw a color green or light green color bait ever! I just dont think its a natural color enough for them to eat it! But, I'm going to try this year and see how it goes.
Looks like the catawba
In rock hill, only thing I catch there is Catfish
That’s too bad that you couldn’t get a bartram’s bass there at the end, that’s a fish I’d really like to catch some day
its not that far away, will definitely plan a trip back
Yeah, that looked like a really cool spot
That’s Rock Hill SC my second home
Found you on Facebook!
I’ve worked at that dam before
I got some panfish assassin and bobby Garland and I am really excited to use them and you should fish in virginia
i know a few people in virginia and plan to go fish witth them this summer
I live in central virginia
I live in south Carolina but north eastern south Carolina way different looking
Mike jones Horry county?
Im from Columbia! Come to lake murray
Creek Fishing Adventures I just found a hidden pond in the woods and I want to fish there, but don't know if someone owns the land or not. What would you do?
Got to get a kayak now 😷
I know that pond was at Winthrop but where were the creeks?
You are a creek fishing man
You caught the trout at Cassidy Bridge in Mtn Rest
that was a really cool area
What part of tiger River was you fishing?
Hit the Chattooga River next time. Same area, and it has the bartram's bass too. We just call them red eyes.
ok i saw that but didnt fish it, thanks
@@CreekFishingAdventures I would suggest either Burrells Ford or a little further down. The trout hatchery is right above there, so the bass get a lot of competition. The further down you go, the better. Love the videos.
Idk man but I know this is a very late comment but come to lake keowee, they have giants I live about 10 min from keowee
You're in my neck of the woods, i'm in Greenville county right next to Anderson.
Careful with what river/ creek you're on with what bait. A lot of the stocked trout streams are single hook, artificial baits and catch and release until may 15th. The rivers get way different regulations depending on SCDNR!!
i actually saw the regulation sign as i was leaving
I went it Monday with hopes.... but now not until may!!!
Awesome video guys I have kayak before but I am pretty afraid of deep water
Throw on a PFD and you'll be fine. Don't miss any reason to get out on big or small water.
/free psychology lesson 😁
How far south in South Carolina are you coming sir? I'm in the Midlands Columbia striper are starting to run in the congaree
im back in tn now
@@CreekFishingAdventures next time your in SC Midlands Columbia look me up I know some spots and I can show you some places here to fish
I'm in south Carolina now I'll like to meet up and go
it would be sweet to see you do some tenkara fishing.
i plan to try
@@CreekFishingAdventures if you want a great tenkara rod for your money, check out the Tenkara Adventures Outfitters lineup. great customer service from a small company. I would recommend the classic with either 4.5 or 3.5 level line.
