    In this video I discuss the Key Benefits of Beta Alanine (As CarnoSyn), and why I have it in BOTH Pre and POST JYM. Many do not understand the System of supplementation I am building. Taking a correct supplement system requires more than just taking a Pre or a Post workout. They should be taken together and the way that I have formulated the JYM supplements is so you do not have to take any other products to get anything that would help your growth in the gym and help you achieve your goals.

    Dr Stoppani, are these studies you quote independent or are they funded by questionable sources? Love the breakdown, youd be the best professor. Clear, Concise, REAL. Thank you sir.

    I was unsure whether was I was told was right or wrong, but I was told that beta alanine donates hydrogen ions to the hydrogen pump system in the body helping to increase the ion gradient for the ATP pump within the mitochondria. Thanks for clearing this up!

    Would greatly appreciate some citing of the studies you are basing your information off of. In no way doubting your expertise just might be nice to see some of the empirical information from some of the studies you reference. Great video by the way.

    Have been taking beta alanine and citrulline malate my last 2 workouts for the first time, I've taken pre workout before, but now I've bought these two and I'm using them separately. Don't know if it's the beta alanine or the citrulline malate or the combination, but let me tell you, I don't feel the burn in the muscles, but now I'm beginning to realize that maybe I like it, because psychologically I think I've made a better workout. Other disadvantage for me is that I don't know when I'm really fatigued. I am doing the bench press and suddenly I'm almost not able to push the bar, if it was before, I am able to destinguish how many more reps I can do. I guess there is a learning curve with this as well.

    No muscle tingling. I live at 3500 ft altitude. Big time lactic acid buildup on creatine. Small amount, say 1.1 gm per day, all muscle soreness gone. This is with heavy lifting 2x\day, 3x\week. Cheap supplement that helps, no more horrible leg cramps.

    De. Jim what exactly creatine does to the body?
    Is it bad to take it? I'm 29 years old and 6ft high, I weight 225 pounds. I'm trying to get back into the gym and lose some body fat especially the beer belly.
    What is your recommendation for supplements or exercises? By the way I just order your Pre Jym based on the good reviews in the web.
    Any advice will be much appreciated

    • @kevinlamberts9908
      @kevinlamberts9908 4 года назад +1

      There's probably not enough beta alanine in your prewo. Your body got used to the dosage. When you use 3g beta-alanine or something like that than you definitely will feel it

    Hey Jim. First off love your insight and depth of knowledge on these types of topics. I've been doing your shortcut to shred (week 5 now of my 2nd consecutive time through due to not properly following the program the 1st time) and am astounded at my results thus far! The question I have is in regards to the use of pre and post jym relative to the supplement guide you provide in shortcut. im trying to look ahead and determine not only what training program I should do once I complete shortcut but also how I should supplement as I still want to focus on losing fat while gaining lean muscle. Ive just ordered pre jym but you emphasize taking with post jym also, however I've always used a protein as well. Would you recommend using a protein powder in addition to pre and post jym or would those 2 together be sufficient?
