I would love to fish a bunch of lakes in Texas. I've already had to cancel two vacation trips this year because I just don't have the spare time. One day soon!
Every time I try to force something it definitely doesn’t work very often. I totally get what you’re saying with topics. It makes it extremely challenging for sure. Love how honest you are about it! It can be such a tough catch 22.
As I'm sure you know, being content creator can teach us so much about bass fishing! It forces me to get outside my comfort zone and explore new techniques and learn all I can about bass patterns and behaviors!
Thank you for the detail! The water was clear to about 3 feet then got murky. I don’t think I have ever heard anyone else describe the conditions with that much detail. That is what helps me most.
There is so much great information in this video! That's what I really like about this channel! No sales pitch and no B.S. Just really helpful content!
Where I fish primarily doesn’t allow any kind of boating so most of the big fish set up a little farther then most people can cast. So the most important thing I have found is to maximize distance and be ready for lot of bites when whatever you throw is sinking.
I love your videos and watch every one of them and take your advice seriously. I bank fish only and although a lot of your videos are from a boat, your advice works from the bank. Keep them coming please!
#challengeaccepted I've been doing much better and caught many more fish by focusing on the conditions. Knowing what lures work best on my lake for any situation is the key.
So where are you finding the bass on your local fisheries? Deep? Shallow?
I’m still waiting for you to come to Texas and fish Lake Ivie. The lake is getting smaller every month.

Thanks! I really appreciate that!
Mindset is definitely very important! Thank you buddy!
How we think can really affect the outcome of what we do!

Fall is a great time for bass fishing!

Great video on changing your mindset!
Thanks so much!
Great video, you speak as your in the boat with us.. Thank you wisdom.
I really appreciate that! Thanks!
Update from picayune, I caught 2 largemouth and one spot on a creme scoundrel. Had a blast. Thanks for the tips. Love the dollar bin at Walmart.
Good old Scoundrel is still a great worm!
I might not ever be able to catch fish like you do but I have a lot of fun trying
Having fun is the most important part!
Start with conditions 🤔 Great advice…now just to remember it when I get out there 👊😎
I have to constantly remind myself!
Patterns and conditions. Couldn't have said it any better!
Thanks!
So far they are shallow around rock in my river. I haven't gotten many around lay downs yet.
I love river fishing! Rocks and other hard structure can be very productive!
I'm gonna try that challenge. I'll let you know how it goes
You'll do awesome!
I'm trying to focus more on bass behavior and it has helped a lot but buying lures is fun!😅
I need all the gear!
The Waco rig? Is that what they fish in Texas? :)
It's called a Waco rig because it's a cross between a wacky rig and a Texas rig. Waco is in Texas but sounds like wacky.

Agree 100%!
Make a check list
Change your line
Take time and tie good knots
Check for Knicks in line
Are my hooks sharpe
Have fun sometimes the fish win
That's a great checklist!
I will accept the challenge and let you know the results.
Awesome! I bet you'll do great!
