You can get these parts from Bricklink, which is a bit like Ebay for LEGO bricks! Here is a link to the Pneumatic parts category: www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=P&catString=159 I use the bb0875 Pneumatic Pump Small and 67c01 Pneumatic Air Tank in this model.
