@@asiablacknyc depending on weight of your camera and lens. I would not worry much for indoors with flat surface but for outdoors and possible windy situation you may need to have slight support. Let me know if you have other questions.

I wish you had video stability test
I have to say this monopod is fairly stable for a monopod with 3 small legs. I use it to record my head talking videos. Hope this helps.
